Daily Update, October 12, 2026

The night before Monday, I got to bed several minutes after 2 am. It was earlier than the night before, but not by as much as I hoped. I'll just keep trying to get it earlier. {Smile}

Just before breakfast I reconnected with my substitute relief nurse. She's here while my regular relief nurse is busy. {Smile}

After breakfast, my substitute relief nurse took me down to Auntie Sally's Luau Hale for my Absolute Beginner's Line Dance Class. It went well. They're getting ready for a demonstration in a couple of weeks. I'm considering whether to go. They promise we can join in even if we don't sign up ahead of time. {Smile}

After class, my substitute relief nurse took me to the ice cream parlor in Liliu'okalani Gardens. I picked out a vanilla cream popsicle for her, and a lilikoi cream popsicle for me, since they didn't have the haupia she asked for, nor any other coconut that I could spot. I made sure the clerk cut them so we could use the bag to catch the drips. We ate them on the way to Sack 'n Save, a Hawai'i grocery store. I went in and walked with her while she picked up an ingredient that she was short of. Then we went home. When I wasn't eating my popsicle or talking with my substitute relief nurse, I played Cross Stitch World on the down and the way back. {Smile}

In the afternoon, my substitute relief nurse called me over, leading me to the playroom, where we usually eat. She said her friend said she knew me. It was a friend from church, with her two boys. She's another woman auntie Barbara has taken under her wing. Her sons are much bigger than when I first met them. We enjoyed seeing each other. It's been too long. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my substitute relief nurse and the TV. After we got home from my class, I had lunch with my substitute relief nurse and the TV. Then I went onto my computer. I read articles and web comics, and watched videos through most of the afternoon. Silvia's visit happened shortly before I settled down to finish Sunday's daily update. I started to share it, and found the last paragraph was far too long. I edited it down and shared the final version in the quick places, leaving one slow place for after dinner. Next, I ate dinner with my substitute relief nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day. {Smile}

After dinner, I finished sharing Sunday's daily update. Then I started to go into City of Heroes: Homecoming, even saying so on Discord. However, I got distracted. I watched videos and read web comics instead until Kitten complained that I wasn't in Homecoming as promised. I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I found Kitten and we teamed up. We experimented with a few badges they had trouble with earlier. We found a better way to get it, but we can't do it alone. We need more folks. After that, we talked as I debated who to play. I got Aneira, my higher-level teen supergroup member, and tried a mission. However, Kitten was fading and finished fading before I finished the mission. So, I finished the mission by myself. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Aneira. Next, I checked and played Cross Stitch World and read web comics. After that, I wrote in this. I did a little research on Amazon before making notes in this. I closed windows on my computer near the end. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, October 11, 2026

The night before Sunday, I got to bed shortly before 2:15 am. I just didn't stay on track getting ready for bed.  I still got up at 8:30 am because church started at 9am. It was our first Sunday with our new priest. I can't get there on time when it does, but I can get up and get there a little earlier.  {Smile}

After breakfast, main nurse took me to church. I got there during the sermon and sat just in front of a couple I know. I enjoyed the service. After the service, I had lunch on the lanai. I sat with several friends, since both Babs and Auntie Barbara weren't there. I also met our new priest, and we talked a bit a couple of times. My main nurse took me home afterwards. I played Cross Stitch World on part of the way down and part of the way back. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse and the TV. After we got back, I got onto my computer. I watched many videos, then took a short nap. I was awake again after half an hour, so I got up and went back to my computer. I watched a few more videos and wrote up Saturday's daily update. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I found Kitten and said hi. Kitten wanted to get easy badges, so I got Anka, my best badge collector, because if Kitten doesn't have it on their favorite character, Anka doesn't have it, either, though there are some badges Anka is missing that Kitten has. We got five, including one for collecting three of the others. This cut into dinner a bit, but when I was done, I ate with my main nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day. {Smile}

After dinner, I cleaned myself up with the help of my main nurse. I went onto my computer. I read web comics and chatted with Nox on Discord. Then I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I saw both Jag and Austin, not teamed up. We talked. They were working on new villains. I teamed up with Jag on a low-level, solo Hezabell. Her moderately high-level version leads a gang. Jag and I did a mission before Austin joined us. We did a mission or two more before Jag left. Austin and I did another mission before Austin left, too. Dr. Faustus said hi somewhere in there, but by the time the others left, I'd forgotten. I got Yenna Grajewo, and did a long mission. I almost started a story arc but checked on my friends who play the game first. I noticed Dr. Faustus was on and said hi. They said they'd said hi an hour and a half ago. I apologized for forgetting to respond and asked about teaming up. However, I got distracted trying to fix a setting on Yenna. I finally did with the help of the Help Channel and Dr. Faustus. Then I got melee ranged Olga and teamed up with Dr. Faustus. We rushed through three or four missions in half an hour, finishing a story arc of hers. We said goodnight. I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on melee-ranged Olga. I tried to update Anka's badge list, but my internet cut out early in the process. I tried to get my modem working, but I couldn't. I checked Cross Stitch World, confirming that my phone worked. I went into Blogger, where I write these updates. I wrote a little of this on my phone and made a bunch of notes on my phone, too. Next, I noticed that my internet had come back. I finished updating Anka's badge record. I checked this, writing a little more and adding more notes. I broke to confirm that I'd updated Anka's badge record correctly a couple of times. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, October 10, 2026

The night before Saturday, I got to bed right at 2am. However, I had trouble settling until I remade my bed. I slept better after that, but I woke up groggy. It wasn't better after breakfast, so I napped through much of the morning. Then I did feel much better. {Smile}

The nap set me back enough, I didn't go out. The only phone call was related to some research I've been doing. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day, followed by my nap. Then I went onto my computer. I watched videos and read web comics over lunch, which was soon, and well into the afternoon. Somewhere in there I got that phone call related to some research I'm doing. I also began writing up Friday's daily update. Next, I got drawn into a web comic. I finally stopped, going straight into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked the in-game auction house on a couple of characters before I checked on my friends who play the game. After that, I worked on badges on Yenna Grajewo and checked on my friends who play the game again before dinner. I ate with my main nurse, the TV, and _How to Write Light Novels and Webnovels_. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to my computer and finished writing up Friday's daily update. Then I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked the in-game auction house on Yenna Grajewo. I also checked on my friends who play the game. I talked with Kitten. I switched to Anka, my best badge collector. We got together and tried to work on badges. During this, Dr. Faustus said hi. I worked with Kitten on badges a little more, until they said they were too tired and left. Next, I talked with Dr. Faustus and joined him on Yenna Grajewo. We did two story arcs together, the first and second in a series. The second was one Dr. Faustus wanted to work on themselves, but we did the first to catch me up. So, we both progressed in content we wanted to do. After that, we said goodnight. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Yenna. Then I ran a mission on her. I checked her contact and discovered that they give infinite missions, even though it looked yesterday like they didn't. I set her to get experience again, and did another mission or two, gaining a level. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Yenna again. Next, I started writing in this. I paused to check and play Cross Stitch World before I made notes in this, pausing to close windows on my computer and check friends, then characters on City of Heroes: Homecoming. I ended far too late, but did still end my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, October 9, 2026

The night before Friday, I got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. I made my first bedtime goal again. I hope I'm beginning to get the hang of this, but time will tell. {Smile}

After breakfast, my main nurse took me down to Kamana Senior Center for my Ballroom Dance: Tango class. I got there slightly early and talked with the teacher's assistant and a student I know who hadn't come last week. I'm glad he's back. I like him as both a friend and a dance partner. Dance went well. I'm learning more steps and getting the ones I learned last week down better. They're still all beginner steps, but I'm already working on the first half of the list when we've just had two sessions. I danced with the teacher's assistant, two gals who are willing to sort of lead, and the guy I talked to before class. After class, my main nurse came and took me back home. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse and the TV. Then I went to my class. After we got back, I went onto my computer. I read web comics and watched videos through lunch. Next, I tried to call my financial adviser and left a message on their answering machine. I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends who play the game. I fooled around with melee-ranged Olga for a bit and talked with Jenny's Player. I took melee-ranged Olga to villain supergroup meeting. Patience, Seb's Komanos, and our leader were already there. Dr. Faustus, Anya, and our most regular new member joined us. We ran a strike force that is giving particularly good rewards this week. After the strike force, the group quickly broke up. I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on melee ranged Olga until I broke to eat dinner with my main nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day. {Smile}

After dinner, I read web comics, then went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. Realizing that Radio was on, which is very rare indeed, I quickly said hi and found out he was teaming with a friend I see even more rarely. We teamed up and I quickly established connections with the other friend. I joined them in a mission, but it was Radio's and he had to leave when it got late for him, even though we were not done. My other friend joined a trial. I joined the team too. We were waiting for the last person to join when I asked if I could make a drink run. The leader said yes. I took longer than I expected but was still surprised when I discovered I was not on a team when I got back. They'd left without me. My friend was disappointed, and the leader apologized. I didn't catch their return, so my friend started trick-or-treating without me. I joined him for a giant monster hunt. We both stayed for a second giant monster hunt. Then we said goodnight. I switched to Yenna Grajewo, a moderately low-level character I made in honor of a friend who died some years ago. I discovered she was ready to gain level. I tried a contact I haven't done much with because I'd been told she had timed missions, and I don't like those. Only her first mission is timed; I thought they all were. I got Yenna a level and turned off experience after confirming that this contact runs out of missions. I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on Yenna. Next, I wrote a little in this. I copied my Creative Writing class's proposal form for stories into my computer. I filled separate copies out for two stories I want to work on and copied a blank form and both filled out ones to the cloud. Then I wrote some more in this and made notes in this, too. I paused to research and to close windows on my computer. I checked Cross Stitch World. I ended my evening with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, October 8, 2026

The night before Thursday, I got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. I made my first bedtime goal with enough margin that I'm not wondering if it counts. {Smile}

I started my day with breakfast and my online counselling appointment on my laptop. My counsellor is pleased with my progress over the past week and wants me to keep up the good work. Explaining that I had other things I needed to do only helped so much. I did think it was a good session. {Smile}

After lunch, my main nurse took me down to Hilo Hearing aid. I got my hearing aids checked and serviced and picked up more ear buds and tips for the speakers that go into my ears. Then my main nurse took me back home. {Smile}

After counselling, I put away my laptop and went on my desktop computer. I read articles, watched videos and read web comics through lunch. Then came my hearing aids' appointment. After we got back, I went back onto my computer. I read more articles, watched more videos, and read more web comics. Next, I started to call my financial adviser, but I realized I needed the new account's number first. I searched a while before I eventually found it, but it was already too late to call that day. they close mid-afternoon. I wrote up Wednesday's daily update, taking a break to watch more videos. After that, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game, and joined the late night short, large group event. We thought it would be the fastest type, but at the last minute, the leader made some calculations and decided to do the second fastest type instead, for safety. We did two runs with no trouble. Then I ate dinner with my main nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day. {Smile}

After dinner, I cleaned up with the help of my main nurse. Then I went back to my computer. I read some web comics, then watched some videos. Next, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I tried to get a badge on Ana Marcelino, but it was too hard by myself. So, I ran a story arc on Ana Marcelino, getting a badge, and tried to work on another badge, but that one wasn't progressing much. So, I updated her badge record. After that, I wrote in this. Then I tried to work on other badges, but gave up, and did minimal storage on her. I made notes in this and checked Cross Stitch World. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, October 7, 2026

The night before Wednesday, I got to bed right at 2 am. I guess I made my first bedtime goal, but with no margin at all. In fact, if you consider the time it takes to walk around the bed as not in bed, I technically missed it. {smile}

After lunch, I checked the time and realized I had to rush down to First Hawaiian Bank for my appointment to set up an account for Dad's trust. My main nurse took me down, and we told a clerk after waiting in line. She said the appointment was with her, but she had to keep the station open. However, she referred me to a fellow. At first, he asked for the number I don't have, but I provided what my financial adviser sent, figuring out how to forward by email the document that refused to print out for me. The checks I had were too old, but I was able to write a check more than big enough to open the account with. we got it completely set up and left the bank very happy. Neither I nor my main nurse were certain we'd get it done that day. {Smile}

After the bank, we ran errands. picking up a popsicle was the second of three errands. the stop was quite exciting, really. For starters, they were actually open on a Wednesday, which is new. Walking in, we learned they are under new management. They are now open all days, not closed Wednesday and Sunday, and open into the evening. Also, the popsicle stocks are back to having many flavors like they used to. I even saw a new kind of frozen treat. After all three errands, my main nurse and I came back to my home. I finished _Cat + Gamer 4_ and restarted _Mocha the Cat and his Forever Family 1_ on the way. I got lots of reading in between regular driving, waiting at the bank, and waiting during errands. {Smile}

After an early, light dinner, my main nurse took me out again. I read _The Hearthfire_ by Jalal C. Hocket along way. We ran an errand before going to my ballroom dance classes. This session, it's foxtrot first, bachata second. So far, I'm catching on quickly, even with bachata, which is new to me. Afterwards, my main nurse took me home. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day. Then I went onto my computer. I watched videos and read web comics right through lunch. Our trip to the bank and errands was right after lunch. After we came back, I watched more videos. Next, I wrote up Tuesday's daily update. I finished so close to dinner that, knowing the errand and signing up before class both meant leaving early, I just went straight to a light dinner. I ate with my main nurse and the TV before we ran the errand and went to my dance classes. {Smile}

When I got home, I went back to my computer. I had a second light meal while I watched videos. Then I answered Nox on Discord, sharing short beginnings of the two stories I think I'll work on for class. I also copied one to the cloud, since I hadn't yet. Eventually, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. Then I updated badge records of my top six badge collectors The first five weren't that long, but the sixth took a lot longer. I hadn't updated her record to include some badges she had gotten, so I had to go through the whole thing carefully, not the spots that changed in the last update. Next. I checked on my friends who play the game again. I watched some videos before I wrote and made notes in this. I checked and played a little Cross Stitch World in a short break from making notes. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, October 6, 2026

The night before Tuesday, I got to bed a couple of minutes after 2 am. I missed my first bedtime goal, but not by a lot. I'll just have to keep trying to do better. {smile}

Late in the morning, my relief nurse took me down to Kamana Senior Center for my creative writing class. I read some of _The Hearthfire_ by Jalal C. Hockett on the way down I got there slightly early, which let me pay for the class shortly before the lecture started. I found the lecture helpful. So was the freewriting, and giving feedback on my fellow students' writing. Even more helpful was reading what I'd written about wanting to tell a different story. It helped me realize that one of the stories I started to prepare is a lot more relevant than the other... and that I have a story that's significantly more relevant than the less relevant one. I just have to prepare and start working on the relevant ones. After class, my relief nurse came and took me home again. I watched the scenery while I thought about the stories I could write on the way back. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my relief nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day. Then I researched a couple of questions on my computer before going down to class. After I got back, went back to my computer. I checked webcomics, then went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. Both the Halloween event and the new "page" that Homecoming developed had started the previous night, so it was extra busy. I checked on my friends who play the game. I went to my teen supergroup meeting on Aneira. Nyxy's Pella came, and we started to roleplay. Jenny's player brought a character too. so did another friend. Jenny's player started to plan for just us four, but Veronica arrived and Jawsome's character followed. We six tried a newly revamped taskforce. It was slower than we expected and still featured one enemy group to the point of monotony. However, only one mission required us to go back and search for an enemy we'd missed, which the old version did a lot. So, it's some improvement. Two of the group left right after the taskforce. Pella, Veronica, Jawsome and I went to our supergroup base for more roleplaying. We broke up shortly before my dinner. I ate with my relief nurse and the TV. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to my computer. I watched videos and read webcomics. then I wrote up Monday's daily update before I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. Then I got the moderately low-level version of Uncle Vincent and finished a story arc he needs to be his current level for. Now he can go up a few levels. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Uncle Vincent and Aneira. Next, I checked on my friends who play the game. I also checked Cross Stitch World and watched a few videos before I wrote some of this. After that, I made notes in this. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, October 5, 2026

The night before Monday, I got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. I am particularly happy to do that on a night that tends to run late because of an extra medicine in the nightly routine. {SMILE}

After breakfast, my relief nurse took me to Auntie Sally's Luau Hale for my absolute beginner's line dancing class. It's supposed to be a little harder than the first timer's line dancing of previous sessions. I talked with a couple of other students during the breaks. I paid for the session during the first break. I also danced at least some of all the dances, and usually most of the dance. After class, my relief nurse came and took me home. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my relief nurse and the TV. Then after class, I had lunch with my relief nurse, the TV, Forward Day by Day, and _The Hearthfire_ by Jalal C. Hockett. Next, I went onto my computer. I checked a couple of articles and videos and wrote up Sunday's daily update. I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming early enough to join the later short, large-group event. I checked on my friends who play the game while waiting for it to start, and said hi to Kitten, who was in the group, too. Afterwards, I talked with Kitten. They joined a team I didn't make it onto in time, but it was for something quick enough, we still had time to team up. We did a few missions with me on Aneira Lloyds. I stopped to have dinner with my relief nurse, the TV, and _The Hearthfire_ by Jalal C. Hockett. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to my computer and City of Heroes: Homecoming. I found Kitten in a large group in the toughest part of the game. I joined him on Carrie, my third best badge collector, hoping to make more badge progress than she actually did. I found Kitten after it broke up, but they barely spoke and faded out. So, I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Carrie. Then I got the new, moderately low-level Uncle Vincent. I teamed him up with his wife, Aunt Iris, who is maximum level, to work on a badge he's too low-level to do by himself. He got it, and I put Aunt Iris away. Pierogies said hi before I could move on to something else. I switched to Perry Boffin, and we teamed up. We finished a story arc Perry had, then did some individual missions she also has. Next, we said goodnight. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Perry Boffin and Aneira Lloyds. After that, I checked Cross Stitch World. I wrote in this, then read some web comics before I made notes in this. I finished my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, October 4, 2026

The night before Sunday, I got to bed several minutes before 2 am. I made my first bedtime goal with a more comfortable margin than usual. {Smile}

After breakfast, my main nurse took me to church. I drowsed part of the way down and read a bit of _The Hearthfire_ by Jalal C. Hockett the rest of the way down. I arrived before even the announcements had started. I sat right in front of Peg, because she couldn't easily share the pew when she had her dog with her for the blessing of the animals. I filled out an index card to thank our Deacon for all she does. It was a nice service, with the actual blessing of the animals handled at the communion rail during holy communion. Some brought their animals, while others brought pictures of their animals. {Smile}

After the service, I had lunch on the lanai. I ate with my cousin Babs, her granddaughter, and a couple of friends. It was a nice, congenial group. For the first time, I severely limited dessert, skipping all cake and pastries, to have a little fruit. Even there, I limited myself to 2-3 pieces of 3 kinds of fruit. I expect this will help my diabetes. I recognize I may need to limit it even more. Afterwards, my main nurse took me back home. I read more from _The Hearthfire_ by Jalal C. Hockett on the way. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse and the TV. After we got back from church, I went onto my computer. I watched a few videos. Then I wrote up Saturday's daily update more promptly than usual. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. To my delight, I found Div when I checked on my friends who play the game. I said hi. We talked a bit and teamed up with me on Aneira. We ran several missions Div had. Pierogies joined us and ran a little over two missions with us. That's when Div disappeared without warning. Pierogies and I started to do something else, but Pierogies needed to leave suddenly after a short warning. Div came back, complaining about getting cut off. I apologized for Pierogis. Div and I did another mission or two before Div left. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage, and crafting on Aneira, then began hunting on her. Dennis said hi. We finished that hunt together, and did two or three of my missions, teaming until I got called to dinner. I ate with my main nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day. {Smile}

After dinner, I cleaned up with the help of my main nurse. Then I went back to my computer. I read a couple of web comics before I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I found a note from Ulty that prompted me to say hi and talk with Jenny's Player. Next, I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on Aneira. I checked on my friends who play the game. After that, I started to check other characters when Dr. Faustus said hi. We teamed up with me on melee-ranged Olga and worked on stuff Dr. Faustus's character had. We finished a story arc and did a full story arc, picking the ending I didn't have a badge for. then we said goodnight. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on melee-ranged Olga and checked on my friends who play the game again. Then I checked Cross Stitch World and read some articles before I wrote and made notes in this. Daily Update, October 3, 2026

The night before Saturday, I got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. I made my first bedtime goal again. I hope I'm getting the hang of it, but I seemed to have it only to lose it before. {Smile}

We thought we might go out, but when the time came, i was busy writing up my daily update. I just stayed home and finished it. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day. After breakfast, I sorted books until lunch. Then I ate lunch at the computer, while I watched videos and read web comics. I continued reading comics after lunch for a while. Then I switched to writing up my daily update. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game and started working on getting that mission that I want Ice Mao to do before they go up another level. I talked with Pierogies, who was enjoying the later long, large-group event until his stamina gave out, but he still wanted to finish. I'd just gotten the mission I was waiting for, so I did it before I switched to Helena Texieras. She's a fully developed high-level character, but not a ranked badge collector. I joined the later long, large-group event after a little trouble contacting the leader. The group was over halfway done, but I finished with them. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Helena, then found Pierogis. We started chatting and even watched a video together before we said goodnight. I ate dinner with my main nurse, the TV, and _Brigands & Breadknives_ by Travis Baldree. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to my computer. I browsed on the web a little, and answered Nox on Discord, the chat server. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I also got Ice Mao up a level. Now they're low-level, but not very low-level. I have a character who's very low-level on either account now. Next, I got Poppy Daniels, a moderately high-level character. I said hi to Jag, and we teamed up. I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on Poppy Daniels. Then I switched to Uncle Vincent, the moderately low-level version of the character on the new account. I did a mission he needed for a badge that's part of a character-improving badge. Next, I started a story arc, doing a few missions before it got too late. I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on Uncle Vincent. After that, I looked at a story I am thinking of working on for class. I revised it a tiny bit, and formatted it, preparing for my writing class. Then I wrote and made notes in this. I paused to format a story I took to the end of the last class, too, before I finished making notes in this. Daily Update, October 2, 2026

The night before Friday, I got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. I met my first bedtime goal. However, I didn't sleep that well, so drowsing in the car and an after-lunch nap both helped. {Smile}

After breakfast, my main nurse took me down to Kamana Senior Center for my first Ballroom Dance Tango Class of the session. I drowsed part of the way down. I met a fellow student on the way in. Attendance was a little low, with several regulars not apparent, but folks hope they'll come back next week. the Tango is a slow dance, which is nice after the speed of the salsa. I caught on to a few of the steps in just one lesson. When I was done, my main nurse took me back home. I drowsed on some of the way back. {Smile}

The Fire Ant Guy came and treated my yard before I got up. Then my Housekeeper came and cleaned my house after lunch. Both my yard and my house are better for their attentions, I'm sure. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse and the TV. Then I went to my dance class. After we got back home, I went onto my computer I watched videos through lunch and into the afternoon. Then I took the nap. After that, I went back to my computer and into City of Heroes: Homecoming. Remembering I had a meeting, but not being fully awake yet, I got Aneira. I checked on my friends who play the game. I realized it was Friday, so I switched to melee-ranged Olga. I was slightly late to her villain supergroup meeting. Our leader, Anya, Mysty, Patience, and our most regular new member were already there. Seb's Marius and Dr. Faustus joined us. We ran a Halloween themed story arc Dr. Faustus made with five missions. Afterwards, the group broke up fairly quickly. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on melee-ranged Olga, including the beginning of the weekend auction house. Then I did the beginning of the weekend auction house on Aneira and Seameownt, too. I also checked Hezabell and Perry Boffin, but they didn't have any. Jag said hi near the end and invited me to team with him and Austin. I did so on Perry Boffin. They were finishing up a story arc I'd done recently with Pierogies, Kitten, and Dennis. We continued with the sequel story arc, which I'd also done with the others. I very much enjoy both story arcs, and enjoyed seeing them again, especially since Jag was sharing the story. Pierogies said hi, and joined us near the beginning of the second story arc. Then maybe halfway through the second story arc, I got called to dinner. Pierogies left at the same time, saying he felt tired. I had dinner with my main nurse, the TV, and _Brigands and Breadknives_ by Travis Baldree. {Smile}

After dinner, I read a few web comics before I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game and saw Jag and Austion were still going. I said hi and teamed up on Perry Boffin again. We ran the last mission of an unrelated story arc that I also enjoy before we said goodnight. I really wished I'd checked earlier; I'd forgotten they like to play later. I shouldn't have, since I've seen them on individually more recently than we've teamed up. On my own, I did a hunt on Perry Boffin. Then I played a bit of Cross Stitch World before I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming, and switched to Ice Mao, the only character who's very low-level. I gained two levels for her, but didn't get the mission that I'll lose if I gain one more, so I paused her experience until I do that mission. I worked on storage on Ice Mao a few times while playing, and again at the end. Next, I checked a few other characters' auction house. I watched some videos before I wrote and made notes in this. After that, I checked Cross Stitch World. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, October 1, 2026

The night before Wednesday, I got to bed several minutes after 2 am. I'm not entirely sure how I missed when I tried to keep from browsing, but I'll keep working on it. {Smile}

I ate breakfast during my online counselling appointment. Thankfully, I had no trouble signing in. I think the appointment itself went pretty well, too. We got some good conversations going and come up with a few plans. {Smile}

After counselling, I sorted books until lunch. I read web comics during and after lunch. Eventually, I wrote up Tuesday's daily update. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I teamed up with Pierogies. I first thought I'd use Seameownt, but ended up on melee-ranged Olga because she fits with his character better. We did two or three missions before Kitten joined us during a mission. The three of us finished it together and did another mission. After that, Kitten went quiet before Pierogies' and my last mission together. Next, Pierogies and I said goodnight. I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on melee-ranged Olga. Then I set up the power that needs badges on all three of my characters who were still very low-level. Next, came dinner. I ate with my main nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day. {Smile}

After dinner, I cleaned myself up with the help of my main nurse. Then I went back to my computer and into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. Next, I did a few hunts on Seameownt. After that, I got Ivyhair, a very low-level character, and got her up a few levels. It took longer than I expected, but I did it. I now consider her low-level, without the very in front. I worked on storage on her. Then I got Snow Mao, another very low-level character, and got them to merely low-level a lot faster. The speed of both runs was just luck. Only Ice Mao is still very low-level. I hope to work on getting them up in level, too, next time I am playing by myself. Daily Update, September 30, 2026

The night before Wednesday, I got to bed a few minutes after 2 am. I missed again... partly because playing with my friends on City of Heroes: Homecoming ran late, and partly because I watched videos too long after that. I think not browsing the internet after playing on City of Heroes: Homecoming would really help me meet more bedtime goals. {Smile}

In the afternoon, my main nurse took me down to the Hilo branch of Hawai'i Public Library. I played Cross Stitch World on the way down. I returned six books -- four I'm no longer interested in, and two I finished -- and went to browse the shelves. I picked six more out and checked them out. Then I sat down to look them over more carefully. I quickly realized I wouldn't have checked half of them out if I'd looked them over first. I went back to the shelves, and found one more I was definitely interested in. I checked that one out and returned two of the three I wasn't keen on. The third was kind of borderline, so since it was checked out already, I figure I'll give it a chance. I started to look them over again when my main nurse came in. He took me home. I looked over the books some more but didn't really get into any of them. Most were later in a series than I've gotten. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse, his TV, and Forward Day by Day. After breakfast, I went onto my computer. I checked web comics and read a couple of short ones, but I was pretty much caught up. So, I watched videos through lunch. Then I began writing up Tuesday's daily update. I stopped to go to the public library. After we got back, I finished Tuesday's daily update. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. After that, I started to work on getting Aurvandill Morn - the very low-level character I failed to name last time - more fully set up. I recently figured how to get them to level 5 more quickly. I also like to pick up a couple of powers. one that can be bought with game money, and the other that can be gotten by collecting enough of a certain kind of badge. Jenny's player said hi, and we chatted a bit. Then I said goodbye, and broke for dinner. I ate with my main nurse and his TV. I didn't really get into any of the books I thought I might read. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to my computer. I read web comics, then went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I got out Vesper Roses, a low-level character, and checked on my friends who play the game. Then I started to play a little on Vesper Rose, since I was on her. ThornRune, a friend I reconnected with the other day, said hi and suggested we team up. I switched to Perry Boffin, a mid-level Hobbit, and ran a few missions. Kitten said mew and joined us after a mission or two. After another mission and parts of two more, Dennis said hi and joined us. Next, ThornRune left for bed after another mission and a partial. After that, Dennis left after another mission or two. Kitten kept going for a few more missions. Then they went quiet and disappeared. They came back complaining their internet cut out, only to go quiet and disappear again. The second time, they didn't come back. I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on Perry Boffin. Next, I got back to setting up Aurvandill Morn only to get cut off. I couldn't reconnect either account, so I checked Mollymauk on Twitch. He's a streamer who often streams playing on Homecoming. He was going fine, so I tried again, and connected this time. I finally finished setting up Aurvandill Morn. After that, I wrote in this, with a break to check Cross Stitch World. Then I made notes in this. Daily Update, September 29, 2026

The night before Tuesday, I got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. I made my daily update after missing only one day. {Smile}

Late in the morning, my relief nurse took me to Kamana Senior Center for my Creative Writing class. We talked on the way down. I arrived early and chatted with another student before class. Class was an introduction, telling what we'd be covering for the rest of the session. I liked it. It included writing about ourselves at the end and sharing that writing instead of sharing stuff we'd written outside of class. This included three truths and a lie, though a couple of students only gave two truths. Then we guessed the lie. My four were: I have been through six major earthquakes. My father had been through most kinds of disasters. I probably first got my hearing loss when I was five years old. I have two university degrees. The lie was the first one. I have been through six memorably large earthquakes, but only five of them are still considered major earthquakes. A major earthquake is 6.0 or greater. All were initially thought to be 6.0 or greater, but one was downgraded to 5.9 as more information came in. After class, my relief nurse took me home. We talked on the way back. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my relief nurse, his TV, and Forward Day by Day. Then I sorted books until we left for class. After we got back, I went onto my computer. I watched a video or two. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. Next, I started setting up my lowest level characters better. After that, I got Aneira and went to her teen supergroup meeting. I wrote a little of Monday's daily update until Veronica came. We started to roleplay. Jenny's player came next on Kay and brought a friend of hers. Jawsome had sent word of technical difficulties preventing him from coming. We picked a taskforce we wanted to do and started to invite friends. We took off with six before a friend of mine joined but disbanded and waited for him. We added one more while we waited. Then we ran the taskforce, after which we disbanded, and most of the non-members left, with Kay's friend the exception. Pella joined, finally done with what kept her away. The members and Kay's friend gathered in our base, in the lounge. I got called to dinner, and left Aneira sleeping on beanbags in the lounge. I ate with my relief nurse, his TV, and _Hero without a Class 2_. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to my computer. I found Aneira alone in the break room but could hear folks talking. Some of the floors in the base are close enough, this can happen. I looked around, and found them on the roof, in the hot tub. I joined them and visited, both in-character, and out-of-character. I also talked with Dr. Faustus and wrote up Monday's daily update, both of the side of visiting. Kay left first, then Pella. Veronica was next. Kay's friend stayed. We recognized each other as acquaintances and visited for quite a while before they left. Then I worked on the in-game auction house, storage, and crafting on Aneira. As I finished, Dr. Faustus said hi. We teamed up and finished a story arc they had on one character. Next, we did an odd, rarely done taskforce that didn't work quite like most taskforces. It also predated the story arc we'd just done, being related, but earlier in the timeline. After it was done, we talked a little, then said goodnight. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage, and crafting on Aneira. Then I watched a few videos before I wrote a little in this and made many notes in this. Daily Update, September 28, 2026

The night before Monday, I got to bed a minute after 2 am. I broke my streak of making my first time goal, but I barely missed on a night that tends to run late. I'll work on getting better. {Smile}

After breakfast, my relief nurse took me down to Auntie Salliy's Luau Hale for my Absolute Beginner's Line Dance class. Notice the change in the name. It's the next step up in difficulty, since almost everyone in there has been around a while. I got there early and got to visit a few classmates. I danced at least part of all the dances, even the ones during the breaks. I really enjoyed it and didn't notice trouble with the one slightly harder dance. After class, my relief nurse took me home and gave me a popsicle that turned out messier than either of us hoped for. I hope I kept it from messing up his car much. {Smile}

In the afternoon, I worked on the books I've collected, taking them out of boxes, and arranging piles on the living room table. They take less room without the boxes, and some of the boxes limiting the height of the stack more. I also hope to get more per book if they aren't easy to buy by the box. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my relief nurse and his TV. Then he took me down to my dance class. After we got home after class, I had lunch with my relief nurse, his TV, Forward Day by Day, and _Hero without a Class 2_. I stayed at the table after lunch to read more of _Hero without a Class 2_. Next, I worked on the books. After that, I went onto my computer. I read web comics and articles and watched videos. I wrote up Sunday's daily update later than usual. I went directly to dinner after that. I ate with my relief nurse, his TV, and _Hero without a Class 2_, despite the messiness of taco making turning pages tricky. I think I've gotten the knack of not getting taco on the book. this mainly involves turning pages with the rarely used pinky and ring finger, which stay clean better. {Smile}

After dinner, I stayed to read more of _Hero without a Class 2_. I'm down to a "bonus manga" and a short story again. Then I went back to my computer. I watched a few videos and talked with Nox on Discord. Next, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I remembered a hunt on Aneira and did it. I didn't get another hunt, so I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on her. After that, I played on Ice Mao, a particularly low-level character. I got them up a level. Then I got stuff for them and three other particularly low-level characters. Next, I played on !!!, a slightly higher-level character. I got them to where they can gain a level as Dr. Faustus said hi. We talked a little before I got melee-ranged Olga, and we did a few missions, finishing a story arc, and doing some other missions before we said goodnight because it was time. I fit in a hunt on melee-ranged Olga before working on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting. After that I checked and played Cross Stitch World and watched a video. Then I wrote and made notes in this. I also squeezed in getting stuff for most of my particularly low-level characters on City of Heroes: Homecoming. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, Sunday, September 27, 2026

The night before Sunday, I went to bed a few minutes before 2 am. Yes, my fourth time in a row. However, somehow, I never heard my alarm. Neither did my nurse. It was set for 8:30 am, from last week's 9 am service, but neither I nor my main nurse ever heard it. He came in and woke me up around 9:06 am. {Smile}

My main nurse took me down to church and dropped me off while he ran errands. Somehow, I made up enough time to arrive during the announcements before the service properly started. I sat by myself and enjoyed the service. {Smile}

Afterwards, I collected lunch, dessert and all for once, and took it to the parish hall to eat while the Mary and Martha chapter met. We had the meeting proper. One member got upset when the teaching segment stretched longer than she expected. She interrupted to complain that she just wanted to get the meeting over with. We did. Then after she left, we went back to the rest of the teaching segment. Afterwards, they started to talk about this like there was a problem. After I thought about it, I managed to catch the rest of the group and point out that we didn't know that's how she felt. Now that we do, we can just make a point to get the meeting over first, then do any teaching we want to. Everyone can be happy that way. They loved the idea. {Smile}

After the meeting, I texted my main nurse to tell him it was over. He came and took me home. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse and his TV. After I got back from church, I got onto my computer. I read web comics and watched videos. Then I wrote a little of this daily update before I wrote up all of Saturday's daily update. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I said hi to Ulty, Jenny's player, and Veronica, and talked briefly with Ulty. After that, I teamed up with Veronica and my Aneira to do a few more missions in the story arc we'd worked on last time. our second mission ended at a perfect time for both her bedtime and my dinnertime, so we said goodnight. I ate with my main nurse, his TV, and Forward Day by Day. {Smile}

After dinner, I checked an essay I've been writing about my writing and made a minor addition. Then I got out a story I want to revisit for my writing class. I made one change but realized it needed more than I could do right then. Next, I cleaned up with the help of my main nurse. After that, I went back to my computer. I read web comics and talked with Nox on Discord. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends who play the game. I said hi to Kitten and checked a few characters. Kitten said hi, and we teamed up with me on Aneira. We started to work on something else that Aneira has. Dennis joined us. He helped us finish the mission we'd started and did one more mission with us. Next, Dennis left. Kitten and I did one or two more missions before we said goodnight. We talked some while I did auction house, storage, and crafting on Aneira. After that, I wrote more in this and made notes in this. then I checked Cross Stitch World. The night before Saturday, I got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. I made my first bedtime goal a third time!  {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse, his TV and Forward Day by Day. After breakfast, I sorted books until lunch. I ate at my computer while watching videos and reading web comics and continued with those into the afternoon. Then I wrote up my daily update, with a break to add a bit to the writing about my writing and to check a couple of videos. Next, I told some friends on Discord that I was going into City of Heroes: Homecoming just before did. When I got in, I checked on my friends who play the game. I said hi to Kitten and we talked. Dennis said hi, and mentioned a story arc he was working on. I teamed up with him to help. Kitten joined us, followed by Pierogies, as we finished Dennis's story arc. Then we did a few other missions Dennis had. Pierogies announced he was ready to leave for bed just before I was called to dinner. I ate with my main nurse, his TV, and _Hero without a Class 1_. {Smile}

I continued _Hero without a Class 1_ after dinner until I finished the main comic. A short story (text-only) and a mini-comic follow in that volume. I still need to read them. When I was done with it, I went back to my computer. I talked with Nox on Discord. When that wound down, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends who play the game. I said hi to Jenny's player and Ulty. I exchanged pleasantries with Ulty. Jenny's Player and I talked at some length while I started doing missions on Topaz Proudfoot. Eventually Jenny's player and I said goodnight. I continued playing Topaz Proudfoot. Then Pierogis said hi, as did Kitten. They joined me in a mission just in time to make the big battle at the end a lot easier. Then we did two or three more missions before saying goodnight. I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on Topaz Proudfoot. Next, I added a little more to the writing about writing. I backed that up in the cloud. I also spellchecked and grammar checked it, since the cloud is better at that than my word processor, whose language settings are messed up in a way I not been able to fix. After that, I closed windows on my computer. I made notes in this, doing no proper writing because it was too late. Daily Update, September 25, 2026

The night before Friday, I got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. I made my daily update two days in a row! {Grin}

I finished revising "Snow in Hawai'i." Just before dinner I sent it off to my cousin Kim to show to someone she knows who's in publishing. I only remembered to text her to let her know about the email while I was writing this up near the end of my day. {Smile}

I had breakfast with the TV and Thursday's Forward Day by Day because I realized I'd missed it the day before. After breakfast, I got onto my computer. I checked out an article or two and watched a few videos. That went right through lunch. Then I finished revising "Snow in Hawai'i" before I wrote Thursday's daily update. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends who play the game. To prepare for the villain supergroup meeting, I got melee-ranged Olga. Since it was early to go to the meeting, I did a mission. Then I sorted storage on melee-ranged Olga before I went to the meeting on her. I was the first there. Anya soon came, and we started to roleplay. Dr. Faustus and our leader joined us. Patience and Seb's Marius also joined us, and we picked a strike force. Mysty came in as we were starting off. Another new player joined us right before we started the strike force. It went well. Many left right afterwards, but Patience, the new player who came last and I stayed for some roleplaying. I contributed the least, but enjoyed the company, and reading their exchange. When we finally split up, I worked on some auction house and storage on melee-ranged Olga until Dennis said hi. We teamed up, and Kitten joined us. We did one of my missions. Then we joined and ran the late night short, large group event, except I disconnected partway through, and missed the second climax because the zone was full. I couldn't rejoin. Afterwards, I sent "Snow in Hawai'i to my cousin Kim. I had dinner with my main nurse, his TV, the day's FDBD, and _Hero without a Class 1_. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to my computer and read web comics. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I also worked on the in-game auction house and crafting on melee-ranged Olga and segued into the beginning of the weekend auction house on her, Aneira, and Seameownt. Next, I broke to watch some videos. I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends who play the game. I did a couple of hunts on Seameownt before working on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on them. After that, I checked auction house on Aneira and melee-ranged Olga, too. I wrote in this, then I broke to check and play Cross Stitch World and check out an article. I also closed windows on my computer before I made notes in this. Daily Update, September 24, 2026

The night before Thursday, I actually got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. I made my first bedtime goal for the first time this week. I know I need to do far better. I need to meet that first goal every night, and the second, and the third... but this is a start. {Smile}

Before breakfast, I set up my laptop and called up my email. to my surprise, I didn't find an invite to my counselling appointment. I checked my phone. Yes, it was scheduled, so I texted my counsellor, asking about it. I found she'd sent a link several minutes later and logged on. It took three tries because the first two failed to find my account with my insurance provider, so they wanted to charge me over $70 for the appointment unless I had a voucher. When we were connected, my counselor apologized for being late. She'd been busy preparing for Hurricane Nolo. We discussed the storm and preparing for storms. Then moved on to other concerns. It was a very productive session. {Smile}

I ate breakfast before and during my appointment. After my appointment, I put away my laptop. I talked with my main nurse about a couple of things that would make us more prepared for emergencies all the time. Then I turned on my main computer. I watched videos and read web comics over lunch and into the afternoon. Next, I wrote up Wednesday's daily update. After that, I sorted through some of our books. I got into City of Heroes: Homecoming very late. I found Dennis and we teamed up with me on Aneira. We did a couple of my missions, since his character is working on other stuff. I ate dinner with main nurse, his TV, and _Dungeon People 1_. {Smile}

After dinner, realized I was bored with _Dungeon People 1_, so I put it with other books to return to the public library, which is closed for a couple of days because of Hurricane Nolo. Then I cleaned myself up with the help of my main nurse. Next, I went back to my computer and City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. After that, I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Aneira, followed by a few hunts on Aneira. Then I checked melee-ranged Olga, but she had no hunts, and I didn't feel like doing a regular mission alone. I checked and played a little Cross Stitch World. Next, I revised several pages of "Snow in Hawai'i." Well, maybe just a few pages, but it took me an hour, so it felt like a lot. I watched a few short videos, and most of a long one. After that I wrote and made notes in this. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 23, 2026

The night before Wednesday, I got to bed a couple of minutes after 2 am. That doesn't quite make my first bedtime goal of being before 2 am, but it's the best yet this week. I also slept better, which helps, too. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse, his TV and Forward Day by Day. After breakfast, I started a manga - yes, hardcopy - called _Dungeon People 1_. Then I settled onto my computer.  I read web comics and watched videos right over lunch. Eventually, I wrote up Tuesday's daily update. Next, I watched more videos and read more web comics. I also read part of an Amazon sample that inspired me to stop and write up something about my writing. I talked with Nox on Discord, too, before I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I said hi to Kitten and Pierogis. I talked with Pierogis, who said they were both in the later short, large-group event. When they were done, I got Aneira, and we teamed up. I noticed Veronica's player was solo, so invited her to join us. We did a mission, The next mission from that contact didn't fit all members, so I picked a mission from another contact. During it, Veronice asked to do a trial. We did it next, earning a couple of badges, but missing one. When we finished, Pierogies headed to bed and Kitten joined the late-night short, large-group event. After dinner, I went back to my computer. I watched videos and read the rest of that Amazon sample. I also talked with Nox on Discord some more. Eventually, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I found no one to team with, so I got Judith seamstress, my newest low-level character. I fixed up a costume and tweaked the one she has. Then I ran several missions, finishing one contact and starting another. Next, Kitten said mew, so I switched to Aneira. We teamed up and started a mission. The difficulty was particularly hard because of the stuff we'd run before dinner with more people. Dennis joined us, and we finished easier than we started. I lowered the difficulty and we did one more, though it was latish. After that, we said goodnight or good morning to each other, and parted. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Aneira. Then I wrote in this and made notes in this, with just a short break to check and play Cross Stitch World. ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 22, 2026

The night before Tuesdays, I got to bed a few minutes before 2:15 am. I'm really not sure why I got to bed so late. I did take a short nap before my teen supergroup meeting. Half an hour really helped - I didn't have time for an hour. {Smile}

After lunch, my relief nurse and I went down to his house. He checked a few things and took care of his cat while I read in his truck. Then he took me back home. I enjoyed getting a change of scenery and a break in my routine, and I loved knowing that his cat was doing well. {Smile}

Today, I decided to return _Overgeared_ 4, 5, and 6 to the library. The main character is becoming too selfish for me to enjoy reading about. He was sympathetic at first, but as he gets more powerful, he's turning into a real jerk. He's just no fun anymore. {smile}

I had breakfast with my relief nurse, his TV, and Forward Day by Day. After breakfast, I got onto my computer. I watched few videos and finished writing up Monday's daily update. I had lunch with my relief nurse, his TV, and _Overgeared 4_. That's when I got enough of the main character of _Overgeared_. Then came our trip out. When we got back, I went back onto my computer. I watched a few videos. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming to check on my friends who play the game. However, I decided I really needed a nap, though I only had time for a short one. When I got up, I got Aneira and went to her teen supergroup meeting just slightly early. I found Jenny's player and a new person in the lobby. I said hello and waited, but they didn't respond, so I went to the lounge where we usually meet. I found Nyxy's Pella asleep on the floor. Almost immediately, Nyxy announced they'd be "AFK," away from the keyboard, and unable to respond. I said hello anyway and waited for Nyxy to come back and respond. Before they did, Jenny's Player brought the new gal up and introduced us. Jawsome arrived at about the same time, so the four of us started to roleplay. A second new gal came in. Next, Veronica joined us. After that, Nyxy came back, so Pella woke up. We soon ran a taskforce, with one more longtime member joining at the last moment. Then both new folks left, and the regulars ran a sequel taskforce. Jenny's player, Jawsome, and the longtime member left. Veronica, Nyxy's Pella and I went to our base, but they were tired, and I was called away to dinner. I ate with relief nurse, his TV, and _Frieren: Beyond Journey's End -Prelude- 1_. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to my computer. I wrote a little in this, then went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage, and crafting on Aneira. Then Dennis said hi, and offered to help Aneira get the last part of a difficult badge. This involved many missions, so I got to enjoy following one contact's story arc, instead of skipping back and forth so much, it's hard to keep track of which goes with whom. We said goodnight when we were done. Next, I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on Aneira, since we'd definitely produced more. After that, I worked on the in-game auction house and badge collecting on Lani Kamalu. Near the end, I ran into a fellow who liked her description and the two costumes I showed him. A third person joined the conversation partway through. When it wound down, I read a few web comics and made notes in this. I checked Cross Stitch World after that. The night before Monday, I got to bed a few minutes after 2 am despite forgetting the medicine that tends to slow me down the night before Monday. I got it after dinner the next day, which isn't too bad for a once-weekly medicine, but I need to make sure I don't delay it like this again. especially since I felt a little worn until I took it, and then I felt better. {Smile}

I didn't go out or have any notable phone calls. {Smile}

I ate with my relief nurse, his TV, and Forward Day by Day. Then I sorted books until lunch time. I ate lunch with my relief nurse and _Overgeared 4_. Then I went onto my computer. I watched videos and read web comics. Next, I wrote up Sunday's daily update, with a break for more videos and web comics. I tried going into City of Heroes: Homecoming, but I didn't really settle until I finished Sunday's daily update. When that was done, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. After that, I hunted on Seameownt by myself until I got called to dinner. I ate with my relief nurse, his TV, and _Overgeared 4_. It was tacos, but I managed to keep a few fingers clean on my left hand for turning pages, so I could read while eating. {Smile} 

After dinner, I went back to my computer. I read a few webcomics and watched a video or two. Then I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. Mysty said hi, and we talked a little before she invited me to a team that was doing missions in a roleplaying setup. I joined on Ana Marcelino, my second-best badge collector. I enjoyed visiting and roleplaying with them while playing the game. This went on for quite a while. Eventually the leader - who hadn't been Mysty - left. Mysty took over and we did some more missions. Next, Mysty left, and the team broke up. It was a little earlier than I usually stop, but it was late to start something else, so I worked on the in-game auction house, storage, and crafting on Ana Marcelino and Olivia Ragnarson. I took a break to check and play Cross Stitch World. After that, I worked on the in-game auction house and a non-combat mission that was barely more than a few talks on Lani Kamalu. I also wrote in this, followed by making notes in this. I closed windows on my computer and shopped on Amazon for writing books. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 20, 2026

The night before Sunday, I got to bed just a minute after 2 am. However, I got up at 8:30 am, a full half hour early, because church was starting at 9 am. I did drowse most of the way down and part of the way back, but I didn't really stop feeling tired until I took a nap after I got home. {Smile}

After breakfast, my main nurse took me down to my church, the Church of the Holy Apostles, and dropped me off. I arrived there during the Prayers of the People - late, but still before the communion. I sat in the pew right in front of my cousin, Babs, and her granddaughter. I enjoyed the service, or what I saw of it. It had started an hour early, and I got there when I could. {Smile}

After the service, I sat with Babs, her granddaughter, and Babs's neighbor while we ate lunch. It was a large spread. Noodle dishes, fruit, and baked desserts were particularly well-represented. I enjoyed visiting with them, and with a guy who sat with us. After lunch, my main nurse took me back home. I did drowse most of the way down, and much of the way back. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse and his TV. Then we went to church. After I got back, I settled in and took a nap. When I got up, I sorted through more books. Then I went onto my computer. I read webcomics and watched videos. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. Pierogies was winding down before bed, but happy to talk. Next, Dennis came in. We teamed up with me on Seameownt, did several missions of mine from a variety of contacts until dinner. I ate with my main nurse, his TV, and Forward Day by Day. {Smile}

After dinner, I wrote up Saturday's daily update. Then I cleaned myself up with the help of my main nurse. Next, I went back to my computer. I wrote a note to Nox on Discord, the chat server. After that, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked the in-game auction house and storage on Seameownt and a few other characters. Then Dr. Faustus said hi. I got melee-ranged Olga, and we unlocked all three of the locked contacts. We even started one of them that started with a hunt. Next, we said goodnight. I started another contact that could start with a hunt. After that, I checked and played Cross Stitch World during a break. Then I worked on the in-game auction house storage and crafting on melee-ranged Olga, then Seameownt. I wrote in this and notes in this before I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 19, 2026

The night before Saturday, I got to be several minutes after 2am. However, I think I partially compensated for it by not getting up in the night as I usually do. I didn't take a nap, and didn't drowse long, either. {Smile}

Over breakfast, my main nurse got a phone call. It was his family. They wanted him to come and bring me, too, to a concert his youngest was performing in at dinnertime. I said sure. I ate a light dinner an hour early, and we made it down before it started. I read _The Hearthfire_ by Jalal C. Hockett on the way down, and a bit before the show and during the first intermission. Three bands performed, each bigger than the last. I think an announcer mentioned band camp. I think this was the kids' performance at the end of it. I enjoyed all the pieces, and I actually recognized two of them: a Phantom of the Opera medley, and Fireball, which I dance to often at my line dancing class. After the concert, my main nurse stopped at 7-Eleven to get a little treat that I ate when I got home. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my main nurse, his TV, and Forward Day by Day. After breakfast, I sorted through books some more, filling two boxes. My main nurse moved the boxes from the couches to the living room table later that day. When I got tired of doing that, I went onto my computer. I read web comics and watched videos over lunch and into the afternoon. One video got me to stop watching partway through. I revised three scenes of my story, "Snow in Hawai'i." Then I wrote up Friday's daily update. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I also checked the in-game auction house on several characters. I started to pick a character to play when I got called to an early dinner. I ate with main nurse, his TV, and _The Hearthfire_ by Jalal C. Hockett, which I continued to read as we went to the concert. {Smile}

After I got back from the concert, I went onto my computer. I responded to Nox on Discord before I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked the in-game auction house on a few characters. I also checked on my friends who play the game. I played a little on Judith Seamstress, getting another level, then did a little storage on her. Then I checked other characters. I also checked on my friends who pplay the game. I said hi to Jenny's Player and Ulty. I talked with Ulty, and we wished each other goodnight, since she was heading to bed soon. Next, I checked Seameownt's missions. That's the mid-level character Kitten designed for me. I did several hunts, then worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on them. After that, I did a little of the in-game auction house on another, moderately high-level character named Collibe. I checked and played Cross Stitch World. Then I wrote in this and made notes in this. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 18, 2026

The night before Friday, I got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. That means I met my first bedtime goal. Unfortunately, the next morning, I got up thinking it was Saturday. I caught my mistake but somehow didn't fully make the switchover until I realized I was late for my villain supergroup meeting. {smile}

After breakfast, I checked Mom's books, picked out more mysteries, and put them in the box, including ones by Gerogette Heyer, Mom's favorite author. I can enjoy Georgette Heyer's romances, but not even she can get me into a murder mystery. I also picked out some of Dad's professional books, mostly medical or toxicological, which I gave to my main nurse, who is very grateful. Most are old enough to be hard to find. I moved four boxes of books - three duplicates, and one particularly large one of new pulls - to the living room. I'm working up to selling them off. I figure I need the space and money is nice, too. {Smile}

I ate breakfast with the TV and Forward Day by Day, since my main nurse was busy elsewhere. After beginning to sort through our books, I got onto my computer. I watched videos and read a few articles. I also read one web comic. Then I began writing up Thursday's daily update. When I was getting ready to share it, I realized I was almost half an hour late to my villain supergroup meeting. I dashed into City of Heroes, leaving a note that I'm coming on Discord while the game loaded. I got into meeting while they were still roleplaying and visiting. I quickly checked on my friends who play the game. Dr. Faustus, Asya, the leader, Mysty, and our most faithful new member were there already. Seb and Patience couldn't make it. Mysty was back, maybe on a different character, I'm not sure. Dr. Faustus and our leader didn't recognize her, though Asya, our most regular new member and I did. We talked a bit, both in character and out of character. Then we ran the magic-themed taskforce. I took Hezabell again because melee-ranged Olga is still one level low for it. Our leader left early, and Dr. Faustus left right after the taskforce. The rest of us visited and roleplayed. Next, we went to a cafe for more roleplaying there. I left when I was called to dinner, with just a little storage on Hezabell as I left. I ate with my main nurse, his TV, and _The Hearthfire_ by Jalal C. Hockett. {Smile}

After dinner, I cleaned myself up with help from my main nurse. Then I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. Next, I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Hezabell. The beginning of the weekend auction house on Hezabell, Aneira Lloyds, Midori Neko, Lani Kamalu, Aiofe O'Malley and Lynn Beecher followed. I also found and did some storage on Perry Boffin. After that, I chose Lani Kamalu, and played a low-level story arc through flash back, hoping to finish the half-done one she had. I got the reward, but didn't clear the old one she had, so I ran the last two missions again, finishing it properly. Then I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on her. I broke to check and play a little Cross Stitch World before I checked the in-game auction house on the others I'd worked on it with earlier. I checked on my friends who play the game. Next, I wrote in this, pausing to watch videos and read web comics before I quickly made notes in this. Daily Update, September 17. 2026

The night before Thursday, I got to bed just a minute after 2 am. I missed my first bedtime goal, but not by much at all. {Smile}

I started breakfast while signing into my online counselling appointment on my laptop. I thought it was a good session. We covered ground that helps me see both my future and my current situation both more clearly and more hopefully, with a little planning for the future thrown in. {Smile}

Then, after lunch, my main nurse dropped me off at the Hilo branch of Hawai'i Public Library before he went to mail something for me, along with some shopping he had planned. I read _In the Land of Leadale 1_ on the way down. I returned two books I was done with. Next, I browsed books and picked out some likely ones. After that, I finished _In the Land of Leadale 1_ before I went over the books I'd picked out. I returned some, kept others, and picked out two more. Then I returned _In the Land of Leadale 1_ and checked out the others. My main nurse arrived as I started reading _Solo Levelling 14_, a side story collection that doesn't require the first 13 volumes quite as much as a continuation of the main story would. I considered that lucky, since the first twelve weren't in. {Smile}

After counselling, I settled onto my desktop computer. I mostly watched videos through lunch. Then my main nurse took me to the public library. After I got back, I went onto my computer again. I tried to write up Wednesday's daily update but found myself drawn to videos instead. I also went to some stacks of Mom's and Dad's books, and started picking out Next, I tried to go into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I suddenly found it easier to concentrate on writing up Wednesday's daily update, so I finished it. After that, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends who play the game. I teamed up with Dennis and talked with Pierogies, but Pierogies felt committed to the late night short, large-group event. Dennis and I on Uncle Vincent finished the story arc we'd mostly done the day before, then a quick hunt Uncle Vincent had before Pierogies joined us. We settled on a trial that follows the story arc. I got called to dinner, but the trial is quick, so we ran it despite a thunderstorm in my area. Just after we finished, the thunderstorm turned off the computer and its battery backup somehow but seemed to cause no lasting damage. I turned it on again to say goodnight-in-case, then off again because of the thunder. I had dinner with my main nurse, his TV, and _Overgeared 4_, which I started. {Smile}

Then I went back to my computer and City of Heroes: Homecoming, where I found Dennis teaming with Kitten. I joined them on Lani Kamalu just in time to complete a badge that improves her. Then I switched to Aiofe O'Malley for a few more missions that advanced the same badge for her a little but didn't complete it. Next, Dennis said goodnight. I switched to Midori Neko, a character at the same moderately high level as the earlier two and ran a couple of missions of hers with Kitten before Kitten said they were tired and faded out. After that, I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Midori Neko, Lani Kamalu, and Aiofe O'Malley. After that, I watched a few videos.  I also checked Cross Stitch World. I remembered to fix up a box for the mysteries I'd picked out earlier, too.  I wrote a little and made many notes in this. I ended my evening. I ended my evening with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 16, 2026

The night before Wednesday, I got to bed a few minutes after 2 am. I had some trouble getting to sleep, too. In some ways it seemed less severe than recent nights, but I woke at 9:20 am to my main nurse touching my foot through the blanket. He'd started trying to wake me at 9 am, and I finally responded. {smile}

Today, I realized I've been dehydrated. I tried drinking water when recently I've been taking small candies, and it helped. I even relapsed less. I think I found the problem, or part of it. I do hope so! {SMILE}

Otherwise, I stayed home and took things easy. I at breakfast with my main nurse, his TV, and Forward Day by Day. Then I went onto my computer. I watched videos and read a few short comics right over lunch. After lunch, I discovered that drinking water helped more in the long run than sugar. I wrote up Tuesday's daily update. Next, I messaged friends on Discord, the chat server, as I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming, letting them know I was there and looking to team up. I did check on my friends who play the game. Kitten, Dennis, and Pierogies all came in soon after and joined me as I started a low-level story arc on my new version of Uncle Vincent. We finished that story arc and the first sequel before dinner. I ate with my main nurse, his TV, and _Brigands & Breadknives_ by Travis Baldree. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to my computer and into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I also told friends on Discord that I was back in the game. Kitten joined me after I soloed a couple of hunts that start the next story arc. Dennis joined us before we finished that story arc. We started the last story arc of that set of story arcs. Then Kitten disconnected and told us on Dioscord that they couldn't come back. Dennis and I continued, stopping after a long mission near the end. We left a shorter mission and a talk for later and said goodnight. I worked on storage and a few badges on Uncle Vincent. Next, I worked on the in-game suction house and storage on Anka and Lynn Beecher. After that, I checked and played a little Cross Stitch World. I also read a web comic and prepared a book to mail to my counsellor. Then I wrote in this. I broke to read a bit of a book comic before I started making notes in this. I did break to close windows on my computer and ended up checking Amazon and the web about the book comic series. Daily Update, September 15, 2026

The night before Tuesday, I got to bed right at 2 am. I'll count that as making my first bedtime goal, with no margin whatsoever. {Smile}

Near the end of breakfast, my phone made the clacking noise that tells me something on the calendar is immanent. I checked and discovered the monthly meeting/picnic was scheduled for that day. I guess it is the third Tuesday - as early as that can be. So, after breakfast, my relief nurse took me to the Office of Aging, after starting to the park we also often meet at. He dropped me off, and I walked in. The kitchen and the most usual meeting room were empty. The other meeting room looked shut up too, so I called the leader. She answered and told me they were in the second meeting room. I went back, and sure enough, I found her in the hallway and joined them in the room. I started on the lunch that was laid out. We all visited, hearing what different folks have been doing. I shared a bit myself. My relief nurse took me home afterwards. {Smile}

I had breakfast with my relief nurse, his TV, and forward Day by Day before I discovered the meeting was that day. After breakfast, I quickly got ready and left for the meeting. After I got back from the meeting, I went onto my computer. I mostly watched videos. I did read some web comics and articles, too. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I got Aneira and went to the teen supergroup meeting. I found Jawsome and we started to roleplay. That picked up after I checked on my friends who play the game. Veronica joined us, then Nyxy on Pella. We both roleplayed and visited out-of-character. I also talked privately with Pierogis and declined an invitation to team up because of the teen supergroup meeting. I checked with Ulty and Jenny's Player, but neither were feeling up to joining us. We chose a popular mid-level taskforce and planned to recruit others to join. I quickly contacted Pierogis and got him the fifth spot on the team, so we did get to team up after all, sort of. We recruited three more who volunteered when we advertised. Aneira got closer to the next level but didn't reach it. (I was ready for her to gain one and only one level.) The non-members left, including Pierogies. The four members went to our base for in-character roleplaying and out-of-character visiting. then the others left. I checked on my friends who play the game and did a little storage on Aneira. Next, I wrote up Monday's daily update and shared it. After that, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends who play the game. I found Dennis. and we teamed up with me on Aneira. We did two or three missions until dinner. I made progress towards a badge and got Aneira closer to her next level. I had dinner with my relief nurse, his TV, and _The Hearthfire_ by Jalal C. Hockett, which I ordered a while back. It's been on my mind, so I decided to start it despite already reading other things. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to my computer and into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game and found Phonso. I said hi and he invited me to the first of three trials. I did all three on Soo-In Park for progress towards a badge. I visited with others on the team a little while playing, though honestly not as much as the day before. Then I wished others goodnight, especially Phonso. I started to work on storage on Soo-In Park. that stopped when Dennis said hi. I happily switched to Aneira, and we did a mission for badge progress, getting closer to that level I wanted for her. Next, we did another mission to actually reach that level. After that, we said goodnight. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage and crafting on Soo-In Park and Aneira Lloyds. Then I wrote a little in this. Next, I played on Judith Seamstress, a new character who I recently got out of the tutorial. I set up missions, collected badges, and hunted enough to get one level, with occasional stops for storage. After that, I checked Cross Stitch World and closed windows on my computer. Daily Update, September 14, 2026

The night before Monday, I got to bed a few minutes after 2 am. It is particularly hard to meet my first bedtime goal before Monday, since I have an extra medication to administer right at bedtime. I'll try to make up for it. {Smile}

With no classes this week, and a vague recollection that my cousin Kim mentioned being unavailable for a while, I just stayed home and took things easy. I didn't take a nap, but I did get drowsy several times. {smile}

I ate breakfast with my relief nurse, his TV and Forward Day by Day. After breakfast, I got onto my computer. I did check out some videos, but I also wrote up Saturday's daily update, finishing before lunch. I watched videos between that and lunch, which I had with my relief nurse, his TV, and _How to Write Light Novels and Web Novels_ by R.A. Paterson. then I went back to my computer. I read web comics, and chatted with Nox on Discord, the chat server. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. Then I looked around and noticed it was close to time for the later short, large-group event, so I joined it on Eirlys Lloyds. Next, I ran the later long, large-group event on Ignacia Souza. Dennis said hi near the end. We teamed up after it was over and did a mission or two before dinner. I ate with my relief nurse, his TV, and the manga _In the Land of Leadale_. In it, a gal wakes up inside a computer game which has many similarities to Final Fantasy XIV, but a unique name. {Smile}

After dinner, I wrote up Sunday's daily update, with breaks to check out videos, articles, and webcomics. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game, and spotted Phonso. I have barely seen him in months; he hasn't been on in the evenings like he used to be; at least not as much. I said hi, and he immediately offered me the last spot in a trial he was leading. I grabbed it and ran it and two more trials on Soo-In Park, my eighth best badge collector. I tried to chat more with the teams as we played, and with Phonso, too. Then we said goodnight. I worked on the in-game auction house storage and crafting on Soo-In until Dr, Faustus said hi. We teamed up and ran some of their missions, making less progress on the same badges that I got yesterday on two different characters. One of them accidentally out-levelled some content, but I can get it later. After we said goodnight, I worked on storage on both of them. I checked and played Cross Stitch World briefly before I wrote in this and made notes in this. I finished those notes early enough that I wrote a little more in this and did some in-game auction house and storage on Ignacia Souza before I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}

The night before Sunday, I got to bed several minutes before 2am. However, because it was Sunday with a 10 am service, I got up at 8:45 am, not 9 am. So, I did meet my first bedtime goal by a margin, but it didn't mean a full seven hours of sleep and sleep ready. {smile}

After breakfast, my main nurse took me to church. I read _How to Write Light Novels and Web Novels_ by R.A. Paterson on the way down. I arrived during the announcements. I sat with Peg, and Auntie Barbara joined us when she was done teaching Sunday school. It was a nice service. Afterwards, I sat with my cousin Babs and Auntie Barbara for lunch. I enjoyed visiting with both. after lunch, my main nurse took me back home. I read more in _How to Write Light Novels and Web Novels_ by R.A. Paterson on the way home. {Smile}

When I got home, I went onto my computer. I watched videos and read articles and web comics. I tried to call my cousin, Kim, but didn't get her. I think I might remember that she warned me she'd be unavailable for a while; I'm not quite sure how long. Anyway, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I discovered that Kitten and Pierogies were busy in the later short, large-group event. So, I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on a few characters while I waited. Soon Kitten. Pierogis and I teamed up. We did a few missions before Pierogies had to leave and I got called to dinner. I ate with the TV and Forward Day by Day. {Smile}

After dinner, I read some webcomics before I cleaned myself up with the help of my main nurse. Then I went back to my computer. I began writing up Saturday's daily update up. Then I found Kitten and Pierogies hoping to team up. I left the update for later and went into City of Heroes: Homecoming to join them, settling on Topaz Proudfoot and Lynn Beecher, both moderately low-level characters working on at least one of the badges Pierogies was working on. They got one and made good progress on the second before Pierogies left. Kitten and I got the other for both of my characters. I said hi to Dr. Faustus, and they got me to join the taskforce they'd just joined before I found out they didn't have room for Kitten. I still ran it, then tried to team up with Dr Faustus and Kitten. Next, I did the mission Lynn Beecher still needed for a badge that improves the character. After that, Dr. Faustus searched for a badge mission, taking longer than anyone expected, including them. We ran a couple of missions, getting a badge my new version of Uncle Vincent needed on the way to a badge both he and Octavia Ballad need We still need to work on the badge they both need. Dr. Faustus plans to continue another night. After we said goodnight, I worked on the in-game auction house and storage on a few characters. I also checked Cross Stitch World. I wrote in this, and I wrote some in Saturday's daily update when I discovered I hadn't finished. However, I switched to making notes in this to prepare for writing it properly the next day. I had to finish both the next day. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}
