On Monday, my relief nurse took me to my First Timer's Line Dancing class. There, I learned that they aren't at a different location next week like they thought they would be. I also had a really fun class, though our teacher was out. Some of the students took over, mainly a fellow I think I'm getting acquainted with. That class was my main exercise. After class, a gal and I waited for my relief nurse. She wanted to tell him about next week's venue change. He was late, but when he got there, she told him. So that should be settled. {Smile}
Then I went with my relief nurse to run an errand, but his truck broke down on the way. He said I should call Uber, and have them take me home, but they tried to charge me over $50 for a trip that's usually around $20. Then they cut it back to closer to $45, but I wanted a better option. I checked Lyft. They were willing to take me for only $20 if I waited 15-30 minutes with a warning that waits were long. So don't count on either, especially the short one. I called Alan next, since he gave me his number if I wanted to arrange a ride without Uber or Lyft. He was picking someone up but could come after that. It was still a fairly long wait. My relief nurse wanted me to travel with the secretary of the nursing company, who he'd called, but I was looking forward to seeing Alan by that point. It's been months since I've seen him. The wait was longer than I hoped, but he did come and get me eventually... just as the secretary go there to help our relief nurse, actually. Alan took me straight home, and sure enough, we caught up with each other on the way. {Smile}
I got myself a late lunch when I got home. I was still eating when the gal who's helping me through the Daughters of the King discernment came. We had a good visit, and a good session, too, getting through another chapter. She left not long before my relief nurse came back after dealing with both the errands and the tow truck. Yes, his truck is in the shop now. They hope they'll fix it soon but make no promises. {Smile}
Next, I worked quite a while at trying to set up autopay for my cell phone, either on the phone or online. Eventually, I gave up but managed to pay this month's bill. That gives me a grace period to get autopay worked out. {Smile}
After that, I fixed up my pills for the week. I don't usually mention it, but usually I have time to do it sooner than late Monday afternoon. After that, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and worked on paperwork until dinner. I chatted with Dennis on Discord, the chat server I use, while doing the paperwork. {Smile}
After dinner, I wrote up Sunday's daily update and read quite a few web comics. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and worked on paperwork until Dr. Faustus said hi. I found out that he was doing a story arc my younger Hobbit - the teen supergroup member - has been wanting to do. We started to catch me up. Kitten joined us after a couple of missions. About the time I caught up, Phonso invited us to a taskforce. We finished the mission we'd just started before we teamed up with him. Then we ran the taskforce with the team Phonso recruited. Then the others left, including Phonso, and Kitten, Dr. Faustus and I finished the story arc we'd been working on before the taskforce. After that, Dr. Faustus and I roleplayed my character asking about his character's backstory while I made notes in this. {Smile}
