On Monday, a while after breakfast, my relief nurse took me down to Aunty Sally's Luau Hale for my First Timer's Line Dancing class. I arrived slightly late but joined the dancers when I was ready. I pretty much kept up. Only one break cut into the dancing, but I was thirsty and needed more of the water I'd brought. When I was done, I joined them again. Afterwards, I went out pretty quickly, and my relief nurse took me straight home. There he met up with my housekeeper because he hired her to clean up for a guest who's coming. {Smile}
That afternoon, I got a call from Auntie Barbara. We didn't talk long, since it was close to bed for her already, being in the Eastern time zone, while I'm in Hawai'i. Still, it was so nice hearing from her! I've missed her, though I'm happy she's enjoying her trip to see friends and family. {Smile}
I played Cross Stitch World in the car some of the way over to my class and back. After we got home, I had lunch. I'm still reading The Unjust Steward during many meals, including that one. It's thought provoking. Anyway, after lunch I got onto my computer. I read articles and watched videos on the web. I also played Cross Stitch World. I tried to write up my daily update, but I kept getting distracted by articles, videos and comics on the web, as well as Cross Stitch World. Also, my mind kept wandering more than usual. I finally got into City of heroes: Homecoming late. I checked the mid-level character on the most popular shard and collected stuff that she'd bought through the auction house. I decided against adjusting bids and switched to my usual shard on my third best badge collector. I trick-or-treated on her until dinner, though I didn't get those event badges I want. In Trick-or-Treating, a very popular activity that will last a little into November, you click on doors. If you get a costume, or aa small, desirable trinket, you got a treat. If Halloween-themed monsters pop out, that's a trick. Since most of the game is fighting a variety of enemies, the tricks are at least as popular as the treats. {Smile]
After dinner, I did a little with articles and videos on the web before going into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I decided I was tired of Trick or Treating when I'm not getting the usual badges from it, so I got the character I most often team with Dr. Faustus on. I did one hunt and was finishing a second hunt when Dr. Faustus said hi. I finished the second hunt while we got together. Dr. Faustus picked some story arcs I rarely get around to. We did one and were doing the first mission of a second when Kitten said "Mew." We quit and restarted so we could add her, because these characters could only get these story arcs in a way that doesn't let you add after you start. We did that arc, too, then said goodnight. I started notes in this, then took a break to play Cross Stitch World. Next, I got distracted reading about the server outage from the past weekend. Eventually, I made more notes in this, breaking to work on the auction house and storage in City of Heroes: Homecoming, both for the character I played most that night and the mid-level on the most popular shard. Then I finished notes in this. I got sidetracked some more before I said the Lord's Prayer and read Forward Day by Day. I snuck in minimal storage on my third-best badge collector in City of Heroes: Homecoming right before bed. {Smile}
