The night before Tuesday, I got to bed a few minutes before 2 am. I'm very happy this is becoming a habit. {Smile}
My relief nurse took me down to creative writing before lunch. Class went well. I shared an article that's basically a write up of what I'm finding as I research the snow goddesses of Hawai'i. Yes, Goddesses. Apparently the well-known Poliahu has at least three friends who are goddesses in their own right, with similar purview. The lecture was interesting, and the section where we share in groups was very helpful. I hope I helped my classmates, too. My relief nurse took me back home after class. I played Cross Stitch World on the way down. and the way back. {Smile}
During breakfast, I read forward Day by Day. After breakfast, I found an email from a friend from church. The writing class they're taking overlaps with the one I'm already in, but I hope to check it out between sessions. After returning from class, I got onto my computer. I browsed videos and articles, then went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I went to my teen supergroup meeting. No one was there, so I stepped away. I came back later than I meant, to find our most regular member had come in and greeted me. We started talking while I checked who else might be on. Jenny's player was one, but she was busy visiting with a friend she rarely sees these days, so I wove that into roleplaying. Ulty wasn't on, but I got in touch with her on Discord, the chat server. She needed some "me time," so I wove that into our roleplaying, too. The new gal was finishing a taskforce. I started taking our most faithful regular to get the easy parts of two multi-badge badges that improve characters. We finished the preparation for a badge that has little easy stuff. Then we started a badge that has a lot of easy stuff. The new gal joined us after we'd gotten a few badges, so we redid them, then got most of the rest. I talked with Seb and Dennis while doing this. Three badges for the badge we were working on take more effort. The others had the same two already, so we started work on the last badge they needed. We made progress but had over halfway to go when I was called to dinner. Our faithful regular was tired enough that he went to bed. Our new gal figured she'd stop, too. They'll work on it on later. {smile}
Dinner was tacos with my relief nurse. We watched TV, and I read a story based on a legend about Poliahu, the goddess of Mauna Kea and its snow. After dinner, I went back to my computer. I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends who play the game. I also checked the in-game auction house, storage and crafting. Then I got invited to a taskforce and ran it. Next, I did more of the in-game auction house and storage until Seb said hi. We teamed up and did a couple of missions, roleplaying on the side after working out we knew each other through both work and school. I loved playing coworkers and classmates. After that, we said goodbye. I worked on the in-game auction house and storage. Then I wrote in this before switching to making notes. After that, I answered the email from my friend from church. I finished my evening with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}
