Daily Update, October 26, 2025

On Sunday after breakfast, my main nurse took me to church. We arrived during the announcements, which isn't too bad. The service hasn't "really" started until after that. It was a very small group attending, partly because many members were delegates to a convention of our church, I think. The service was nice. Afterwards, I had lunch on the lanai with a couple of friends from our Daughters of the King chapter. 

Then my main nurse took me to visit Charlotte. She was having a hard day but seemed to enjoy watching our own service. That's her way to share in our congregation still, and I was happy to share it with her. My main nurse joined us and watched the end of it. Then he worked until he had the TV playing her favorite channel before we left. {Smile}

I also texted Auntie Barbara to say I miss her. She texted back to say she was flying back that day. I hope we will get back together soon. {Smile}

At home, I got right onto my computer and read a couple of web articles. I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming pretty quickly. I checked on my friends who play the game, and found Div, Kitten, and Pierogies. I said hi, and we got together and ran a Halloween trial, restarting once when we missed a badge. We got all four badges. Then Div and Pierogies left. Kitten asked for a couple of kinds of missions, one of which the character I was on had. So, we did them until I ran out. Then I switched characters, and the other kind of mission Kitten wanted showed up. I had trouble finding it at first, until Dennis showed up. With his help, we did find it. We got what Kitten wanted, and some of what I could use. I need to catch it on that character again to get the rest. Kitten and I did a few more missions with Dennis until I got called to dinner. {Smile}

After dinner, I cleaned myself up with the help of my main nurse. Then I went back to my computer, and into City of Heroes: Homecoming, where I checked on my friends and worked on their auction house and storage. Then I wrote up my daily update. Next, I found that back in City of Heroes: Homecoming, Dr. Faustus invited me to a mission which gives a badge. I found a character who needed it and ran a couple of missions before getting the badge. Then I finished my daily update, which was almost done. after that, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming and Dr. Faustus. We did a mid-level mission we both had, finishing a story arc. Then I switched to a slightly lower-level character who had the next story arc. We did that story arc, then made plans to continue the next night. Next, I worked on auction house, strange and crafting in the game. After that, I began notes in this, breaking to play Cross Stich World, and then to read a webcomic before I finished making notes in this I finished my evening with the Lord's Prayer and Forward Day by Day. {Smile}
