Dailly Update, March 28, 2025

On Friday, my main nurse took me to physical therapy for the last session. My insurance has decided that I've improved enough since I began this round of physical therapy that more "would not be rehabilitative." {small smile}

I think I had a good session. I started on the machine, then moved downstairs like usual, but not for the usual exercises. Instead, my therapist had me do several tests in the harness, I've definitely improved. Afterwards, my main nurse took me home. {Smile}

Since then, my mood has been down. This is an ending of something that I think is a positive influence in my life. I've got an adjustment period ahead. My nurse wants me to get into an exercise class. Or some class, even if it's not exercise, but he really favors exercise. I haven't picked any yet, though I've started to look. {smile}

Physical therapy was my exercise today. They worked me plenty. {Smile}

When I got back from physical therapy, I browsed the web and played Cross Stitch World. right over lunch. Then I wrote up Thursday's daily update and talked on chat server. I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming a bit early and started with a long round of paperwork because there is more at the beginning of a weekend. I did that until Dr. Faustus said hi, and added that the villain supergroup's meeting was starting soon. It seemed early to me, but a gal who's been gone was back, and folks were eager to play with her again. Kitten and Pierogies said hi then, but I explained that the meeting had already started. The Villain supergroup did a story arc of mine, with one fellow leaving partway through because of real life commitments. We broke up after one arc, but the recently returned gal stayed to talk a little before leaving. Then I did some paperwork before looking for Kitten and Pierogies. Kitten was missing, but Perogies was on. We teamed up to do a mission before saying goodnight. Then I had dinner. {Smile}

After dinner, I went right into City of Heroes: Homecoming and started on paperwork. Soon Kitten said hi. We got together and teamed up with me on a moderately low character I'd like to see a little higher. We ran through my missions all evening. I also talked with Nox on the chat server a little on the side. Phonso joined Kitten and me for a few missions until he left to join a taskforce, he wants to do this week but not run. Kitten actually played with me all evening. We also talked at the end as I began to wind down, and even afterwards on the chat server a bit. When I was done with City of Heroes: Homecoming, I made notes in this with minimal breaks for web browsing. {Smile}
