I stayed home, mostly taking it easy, but did pay the nursing company when the secretary came over. Then she wanted to talk a bit about what they can do for me after Mom dies. They want to give me as much nursing time as possible, but I'll be limited by what my budget can handle. {Smile}
I had a nice text conversation with my Welsh friend on Discord. I really enjoyed it, and found it encouraging. {Smile}
I ate dinner with Mom, and read to her before that, too. I first read scripture and thoughts about it and next read more from her niece's long family Christmas letter from 2021. Then, I read about an earlier fall of thread, a great danger on Pern, and the people who lived then, from People of Pern by Robin Wood. Next, I read "School Super Helps a Student with Own insurance -- Gets Small Fine, but Keeps Job," and "California First State to Offer All Students Free Breakfast and Lunch," both from _100 Uplifting Short Stories for Seniors_. Then I finished with the May 1st story from 366 Stories for Bedtime: A Tale for Every Day of the Year. Mom liked both readings and pictures. {Smile}
I did my walking, head, arm, and arm swinging exercises. I remembered the arm swinging exercises and added them for the first time tonight. {Smile}
I caught up with comics in the morning, and over lunch. Then I hopped into City of Heroes: Homecoming and found my RWBY friend. We teamed up, and did several missions together, with time out for the talk with the nurse. The missions took us right up to time to read to Mom. {Smile}
After dinner, I was somehow late getting back onto City of Heroes: Homecoming. I'm not quite sure how that happened. Still, I found Darkthough1 and Mistress Aegis. We teamed up and started a story arc on one of my mid-level characters. Phonso invited us to a strike force, but both Darkthough1 and Mistress Aegis feared it would run too late for a work night, so we declined, and continued with the story arc. We didn't finish, but we got fairly far before they had to wind down and leave for bed. After that, i worked on paperwork, and did a little research-reading. {Smile}
