The night before Saturday, I got to bed a few minutes after 2 am. At least it wasn't worse, but I'll keep trying to be better. {Smile}
I went to where I've collected the books to sell and tried to estimate how much they're worth. I later looked up what used bookstores pay, and I greatly overestimated that. However, at the same time I found out that Hilo BookBuyers encourages folks with a lot to call ahead about pricing, so I think I will. I still hope to get enough for them to be worth selling. I also talked with my main nurse about my plans to empty part or all of the house over time. He seemed happy with my ideas. {Smile}
I had breakfast with my main nurse, the TV, and Forward Day by Day. After going over my books, some of my most crowded books into the space cleared by setting aside books to sell. Near the end, I shifted to moving over the books I'm most sure I want to keep. I know that over time I'll have to let go of books I didn't move to the table in this first pass, but it is only a first pass. Next, I settled at my computer. I talked with Dennis on Discord. I also read articles and web comics over lunch and well into the afternoon. After that, I wrote up Friday's daily update while talking with friends on Discord. I had dinner with my main nurse, the TV and _Abby and the Stone Heart_ by Nick Blade. {Smile}
After dinner, I went back to my computer. I read web comics before I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game. I said hi to Mysty and Tiet, the friend from Paragon Chat who I recently reconnected with. They were teaming, since they know each other well from Paragon Chat, where we all met. I teamed up with them on Peony Boffin, one of my Hobbits. I helped with a badge Tiet needed. Then we ran a mission for a badge; I ran it on a character who needed the badge. Dr. Faustus said hi during the mission. They were working on a different badge. When we got done with our mission, I asked Dr. Faustus if we could join them when we got done. We did and got the badges. I got it on three characters who didn't have it. the last two being Eirlys Lloyds and Ignacia Souza. Next, we ran some missions. I stayed on Ignacia Souza. We also visited a lot. Looks like we're a congenial group. After a while, Dr. Faustus and Mysty said goodnight. Tiet and I ran one more mission before saying goodnight as well. I worked on the in-game auction house, storage, crafting, and weekend auction house on Ignacia. After that, I checked and played Cross Stitch World. I checked Peony, but she didn't need auction house, storage or anything. So, I checked on my friends who play the game. Then I wrote in this, pausing to research book prices and house prices online. Next, I made notes in this. I ended my day with the Lord's Prayer, Saint Francis's Prayer, and the motto of the Daughters of the King. {Smile}
