I got to bed somewhat before 2:30. At least it wasn't after, but I know I can do better. Still, I didn't really nap or rest much the next day, so I guess it wasn't too bad. {Smile}
I did make progress with the phone calls. First, I called my financial adviser and got one of the secretaries. She sent me a text to send a picture of a letter I need help with, and promised my financial adviser would call, but quite possibly not today. However, she did call today. We discussed what we need to do, including my next step with the letter. She also gave me a message for the head of the nursing company. {Smile}
I got a call from the head of the nursing company later. We discussed what we need to do. I also passed on the message from my financial adviser. {Smile}
I also called the state retirement system and tried to ask them to check something. They didn't do quite what I asked, and what they did do wasn't helpful. I hung up in frustration, but on reflection, I need to try again and be persistent. {smile}
After dinner, my main nurse took me down to The Church of the Holy Cross for my dance classes, Ballroom Dance: Samba, and Ballroom Dance: Shuffle. Both instructors showed up this time. They each had us run through new combinations of steps, including steps we're less familiar with. I really enjoyed it. Afterwards, my main nurse took me home. Instead of playing Cross Stitch World on the rides down and back, I wrote some of Tuesday's daily update. It felt like I was being more productive, which is good. {Smile}
After breakfast, I got onto my computer, I read articles and comics and watched videos, all on the web. I called my financial adviser before lunch. I read more articles and watched more videos over lunch. Then came the other phone calls, one by one. Next, I wrote some more of Tuesday's daily update. When I got concerned that I might miss my friends, I stopped and went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game and got the new character who isn't an alternate version of my higher-level villain supergroup member, after all. I fixed up her costumes to be distinct from the villain supergroup member's. While I was finishing, Dennis said hi, and we started to talk. When I was done, I joined him for two or three missions, and gained a couple of levels, which was all I wanted right now. I switched to the actual higher-level villain supergroup member when Kitten joined us, and we did a mission or two. Then I said goodbye and left for an early dinner. {Smile}
After dinner and my classes, when I was back home, I got onto my computer. It suggested a virus scan, so I started it. I checked Discord first, responding to conversations there, since it doesn't interfere with the virus scan. Then I gave up and went on the web, which the virus scan closes down a couple of times for stuff it needs to do. I read articles and watched videos on the web. Then I wrote more of Tuesday's daily update, also on the web. I had to save and shut down the web to finish the virus scan, but then I opened it up again and finished writing Tuesday's daily update. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends who play the game and said hi to Kitten. We were slow to get started but did mission together. Then I was slow to pick another mission, and Kitten was unresponsive by the time I did. So, I worked on the in-game auction house and storage, Then I wrote a little more in this before switching to making notes here to finish up more quickly. I took breaks to talk with Kitten on Discord, and check out a video they shared there, since they were doing stuff there again. I ended my evening by reading Forward Day by Day and saying the Lord's Prayer. {Smile}
