Daily Update, September 22, 2025

On Monday, I had a quiet day. I neither went out nor got any particularly notable phone calls. I didn't even get much exercise done, but I certainly enjoyed the quiet day. {Smile}

After breakfast, I read Forward Day by Day's entry for Sunday and did a little shopping on Amazon before I took a nap. After the nap, I had lunch. Then I read articles and watched videos, both on the web. I also played Cross Stitch World. I tried to write up Sunday's daily update, but I kept getting distracted, especially by videos and articles. I finally finished and started notes in this before going into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends, and found Kitten, so I said hi. Then I started working on the auction house, storage and crafting, but before I got far, Kitten said hi, and we teamed up with me on a mid-level character. We started with a mission that ended a favorite story arc of mine. Then we started the next story arc with Chrome joining us. We ran a few missions right up to dinner. {Smile}

After dinner, I went right back into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I found Dennis and Kitten in much the same place. We ran a few more missions in that same story arc until Dennis stopped for bed. Then I switched to a mission in a story arc that is mostly talks. I ran the mission with Kitten, who admitted they were tired partway through. They somehow managed to finish the mission before going completely quiet and fading out. While they were fading out, I did a few talks to finish the story arc. Then I did a bunch more talks to start the next story arc.  I got to the first hunt, which was quick. Then I stopped before the first proper mission and worked on the storage and auction house and the play had produced. After that, I switched to a different character to do a few hunts, but I didn't get far before Azurette said hi and mentioned changes to her base. I went to look at them, and we talked a fair while. During my visit, Dr. Faustus said hi. I talked with them, too. I checked with Azurette about meeting Dr. Faustus for the villain supergroup, but they said not that day. Then Phonso come on and asked what I was doing. I said I was touring a base. I continued touring Azurette's base while we talked for a fair bit longer. Eventually, I excused myself to join Dr. Faustus. We did a few of my hunts, then a mission of mine. After that, we talked. Then we both got a new contact and did her first mission. Next, we said goodnight. I worked on the auction house and storage after that. Then I made notes in this, taking a brief break for crafting and auction house in City of Heroes: Homecoming, and a still not long break involving Cross Stitch World before I finished the notes. I ended the evening with a prayer and Forward Day by Day, followed by a few short web comics. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 21, 2025

On Sunday, I got up a little early. Then after breakfast, my main nurse took me to church. We got there just in time for me to explain that I wanted to sit in one of my family pews. I showed my nurse Dad's parents' pew. Then I showed him Mom's parents' pew, and we sat in it just before the announcements began. Yes, we really got there in time. The service was nice, too. After the service, we had lunch on the lanai. I got to talk with BJ about the Sunday school, which she helps with. {Smile}

Afterwards, my main nurse took me to Charlotte's and dropped me off. He still refuses to go in. Anyway, Charlotte was watching Charlie Kirk's memorial, so, I watched it with her. I don't agree with the man, but I disagree with what happened to him much more. After a while, I texted my main nurse, and he came and took me home.

After I got home, I paid some bills before I got onto my computer. Then I read articles on the web, and web comics, too, while treating my blood sugar. Then I wrote up Saturday's daily update and started notes in this. Next, I cleaned myself up with the help of my main nurse. After that, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends, then settled into catching up with auction house and crafting. Not long after I was done, Dennis said hi. He was busy trying to fix up some of his characters. I got some spare stuff I had that he wanted, and gave him some game cash too, since I have more than I need. I also suggested ways to work the auction house to his advantage. That took us right up to dinner.

After dinner, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming immediately. I found Dennis fighting a giant monster but didn't join him quite in time. After it was down, we teamed up. We talked, and I think we did a mission before he left. Then I worked with the auction house and storage before I began playing by myself on a mid-level character, ding a few hunts on them. I also began talking with Nox on Discord. Next, Dr. Faustus said hi. kept talking with Nox as I teamed up with Dr. Faustus. We did a mission of his, then the story arc he led the other night, this time doing it for my credit. We roleplayed more during it this time, since it was only us. After that, he left, and I made notes in this, pausing to work on auction house, storage, and crafting in city of Heroes: Homecoming, and also to read articles on the web before I went back to finish notes in this. Then I said a prayer, leaving Forward Day by Day to catch up with the next day, since it was late, and I'd heard the scripture in church already. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 20, 2025

On Saturday, a while after lunch, my main nurse took me to Liliu'okalani Gardens to walk around. We meant to stop for popsicles, but they were closed when we got there. I know they're closing earlier, but I didn't realize we'd get there that late. My main nurse and I plan to make sure we get there earlier in the future. We did enjoy walking back to the car. I noticed that a bridge that needed repair has gotten it. If I didn't remember when it didn't have a roof, I wouldn't have known it had been missing. After the walk, my main nurse took me back home. {Smile}

After breakfast, I took a nap. Then, while waking up, I did a jigsaw puzzle on my phone, read an article on the web followed by a web comic, and played Cross Stitch World. finally feeling more awake, I began notes in this. Then I began writing up Friday's daily update. I switched to playing Cross Stitch World during lunch, when I realized that typing and eating weren't as compatible as mouse use and eating. After that, I made more notes in this and went back to writing up Friday's daily update when I reached a part of lunch more compatible with typing. I paused to check out a book on Amazon. Next, I went back to making notes in this and finishing up Friday's daily update. After that, we took our trip out. When we got back, I went back onto my computer and read web articles, then web comics until I felt up to going into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends and found Dennis with his best friend. I joined them in hunting chests, a limited-time activity. When his friend left, Dennis and I continued hunting chests while I did some crafting. Dennis and I talked, too, right up to when we "parked" our characters so he could go to bed, and me to dinner. {Smile}

After dinner I played Cross Stitch World and made notes in this. Then I browsed articles, and shopped on Amazon, where I browsed books. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. Dr. Faustus said hi, and we teamed up. Dragons said hi too and joined us. The three of us ran a mission and a story arc of Dr. Faustus, both moderately low-level but I used a mid-level character who has a nice friendship with Dr. Faustus's character going. My character got a badge, which told me she still needs to run the story arc herself, but by the time I realized that it felt too late for her to run it at the same time for full credit. After the story arc, Dr. Faustus left. Dragons and I did three more missions of mine, with a friend of theirs joining halfway through. The last mission was rough because Dragons and I needed breaks. The group fell apart after the third mission. So, I worked on the auction house, storage, and crafting, with a break for a jigsaw puzzle on my phone. Then I made notes in this before going back to City of Heroes: Homecoming for more crafting and auction house. I finished my day with a prayer and reading Forward Day by Day's entry of the day. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 19, 2025

On Friday after breakfast my main nurse took me out. We went to Target first. He left me looking at the books and went to look for things himself. I mainly looked over the fantasy books but didn't find anything. Then and older oriental woman said hi. She recognized me from the ice cream parlor in Liliu'okalani Gardens, which she recently retired from working at. We chatted about what we're doing now, especially elderly dance and exercise classes we're in, though I'm barely qualify for them at 56. My main nurse found us and chatted a bit. Then he had me sit and wait while he went through the checkout, So I played Cross Stitch World on my phone. Next, he went to Safeway and had me wait in the car, I read, as I did on most of our rides between places. After that he took me home. {Smile}

In the afternoon, Carol came and brought back my desktop all cleaned and fixed up. Apparently, it mainly needed new cables. Even the D drive is working again, though we aren't sure how much longer it will. I do need to copy stuff on there... mainly pictures; I think I copied the rest already. Carol and I visited a bit, and I offered samples of dry roasted edamame and chickpeas, both of which I enjoy as healthy snacks. {Smile}

Walking in Target was my exercise for the day. At least I got some done. {Smile}

After we got home, I had lunch while browsing articles on the web and playing a little more Cross Stitch World. Then Carol came. After she left, I cleaned myself up with the help of my main nurse. Then I got back on my computer and went into City of Heroes: Homecoming in time to go to the villain supergroup meeting. I chose my higher-level member, since I'd been avoiding her while I was on my laptop. She's one of the harder types of characters for me to play. The laptop makes everything a little harder anyway, so I just avoided the harder ones. Our leader and another member came in slightly after me. They wondered where Dr. Faustus was. I told them that Dr. Faustus told me they'd be late about the time Dr. Faustus arrived. We did a long mission I had that finished a story arc. Then we did a very low-level trial that my character had never done. She got all three badges it's set up to give. Our leader left before we were quite done. After the trial, the meeting broke up even though it was a bit early. I worked on the auction house, storage and crafting until dinner. {Smile}

After dinner, I checked City of Heroes: Homecoming and found Dennis. We said hi and started to team up when Dragons said hi and asked to join me. He joined us, and the three of us did a couple of my missions, then one of Dennis's that was in danger of becoming too old. Then Dennis left, and Dragons and I did a couple of Dragons' missions before they left, too. I worked on the auction house, storage, and crafting. Then I began notes in this, taking breaks to browse Amazon, play Cross Stitch World, and check out a new cozy fantasy book. I find I particularly connect with that subgenre, at least right now. I'm not sure why. Then I finished notes in this, with another pause to read web comics. I finished my evening with a prayer and reading Forward Day by Day, followed by a little Amazon shopping. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 18, 2025

On Thursday, I got a call from Carol in the afternoon asking for my computer's passcode and making tentative arrangements to drop it off the next day. That's if it's ready, of course, but she hoped it would be by then. {Smile}

No real exercise, since I stayed home and took it easy, but that should change soon. {Smile}

After breakfast, I watched videos on the web until lunch. Over lunch, I both watched videos on the web and read web comics. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. Pierogies found me, and we talked. Then we teamed up for two or three moderately low-level missions. The character who can go up in level went up another level just before he left. After training for that level, I got Carol's call. After the call, I talked with Kitten. Then I badge hunted until dinner. {Smile}

After dinner I read web comics and articles on the web. I also treated my blood sugar. Then I talked with Nox and Kitten on Discord and made notes in this. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked in a few low-level characters who needed it. I also checked with Kitten, who was doing stuff they haven't seen before in the game. I joined them on my favorite character in case there's credit involved. I didn't get any credit but got the critter and some nice rewards. We started hunting chests, which might be a limited time activity. I treated my blood sugar, too. Then Dr. Faustus said hi. We chatted. Next, Kitten and I joined Dr. Faustus. We ran several moderately low-level missions of Dr. Faustus's over the evening. Kitten went quiet near the end. I ran two more missions and some hunts before saying goodnight. Then I worked on the auction house and storage. Next, I played Cross Stitch World and made notes in this. Then I went back to City of Heroes Homecoming for more auction house and storage. I ended the evening with Forward Day by Day and a prayer and checking my friends on City of Heroes: Homecoming one more time. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 17, 2025

On Wednesday, late in the morning, my relief nurse took me down to Bank of Hawai'i. However, a young man sitting by the door told me the bank had moved over by the university. So, my relief nurse found their new building, and I was still slightly early for my appointment. They took me after a short wait. They helped me order checks with carbonless copies like I'm used to using. I also ordered a bank card. Since they were new, not renewals, doing it in person was desirable, and possibly necessary. Afterwards, my relief nurse ran an errand of his own before taking me back home. {Smile}

I did a little walking for the errands at the bank, but I really didn't do much exercise. In a couple of weeks at most I should get back to it. {Smile}

After I got home, I had lunch. Then I read some articles on the web before taking a nap. After my nap, I struggled to wake up for over an hour, reading articles on the web, and web comics, while trying to treat my blood sugar. Then I cleaned myself up with the help of the nursing company owner. After that, I barely popped onto computer and into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I said hi to Kitten and Dennis and promised to come back after dinner, because that's all I had time for before dinner. {smile}

After dinner I got right back onto my computer and into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I teamed up with Dennis and Kitten, and we did a couple of missions of Dennis's, followed by two missions of mine. Then Dennis left. I did another mission with Kitten, during which they got very tired. So, I started writing up Tuesday's daily update in the pauses and actually got most of it done. We did finish the mission and said goodnight. Then Dr. Faustus said hi. I quickly finished and shared Tuesday's daily update. Then I joined Dr. Faustus to see the base they've been working on. It looks like it's coming along. Then we did a story arc and started another on two low-level animals. Mine is the moderately low-level character who recently reached the point of being able to go up a few levels, and I did gain the first of those levels while we played. It was interesting to roleplay without talking. I meowed, and they grunted, and both of us responded with body language instead of speaking. After that story arc, we started a sequel story arc to it. A couple of missions in, we stopped to say goodnight, since it had gotten late. Then I began notes in this, pausing to work with the auction house, storage, and crafting in City of Heroes: Homecoming. I also played Cross Stitch World and read articles on the web before I finished making notes in this. I ended the evening with a prayer and the day's selection from Forward Day by Day. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 16, 2025

On Tuesday after breakfast, my relief nurse took me down to Mohouli Park for the monthly picnic. I was late because that's as fast as I got ready. I got there just in time to get the last chicken on the table, which was the only protein I saw. Still, I had a nice lunch and talked a little with the folks at my table. We didn't talk long because the leader had us listen to a speaker who described a breathing exercise. Then we played a couple of rounds of a storytelling game where each of us contributes a word or phrase in turn. We ended with sharing recent developments for us. {Smile}

After that, I went to my relief nurse's truck and told him about the meeting including that it involved 8 disabled members and 5 nurses, one who didn't bring a disabled person this time. She'd gotten to know the group when she was nurse to first one then a second now-regular member. She has a different kind of nursing job now but still comes. My relief nurse took me home after that. {Smile}

At home, I had a little more protein, then settled onto my computer. I read articles and watched videos on the web. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on the auction house and storage, and did some crafting, too. Then I checked on friends as I checked out and joined the teen supergroup meeting. We roleplayed at first, until we felt everyone who was coming was there. Then we started a trial. Partway through, the leader disconnected and didn't come back. We finished the trial, then broke up. So, I started working on auction house and storage. {Smile}

I let friends know on Discord that I was free. Dennis came onto City of Heroes Homecoming, and we did two of his missions and one of mine, running right through dinner because my relief nurse brought it to me. Phonso said hi during Dennis's second mission and joined us for the end of it. Then we three did my mission. Then Dennis left, and I joined Phonso in three trials. Dr. Faustus did, too, and we got together for some low-level missions afterwards, two we did together, and two we did separately because they were solo missions. Then we parted for the night. I made notes in this, taking breaks to play Cross Stitch World, and work on storage, auction house, and crafting in City of Heroes: Homecoming. I also answered Nox on Discord. I finished notes in this later than I like. I also got in a prayer and Forward Day by Day right at bedtime, but I did get them. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 15, 2025

On Monday, late in the morning, my relief nurse took me down to Hilo Hearing Aid to get my hearing aids checked and serviced. Then he took me to Cricket Wireless, where I got my autopayment switched to my new bank card with no real trouble. It's such a relief after the fellow on the phone couldn't complete the transaction. Somehow, the card wasn't working for them yet, though Amazon had no trouble. After that, my relief nurse took me home. {Smile}

Then, a while after lunch, my relief nurse took me down to First Hawaiian Bank. I told the teller I needed a card and checks for my personal checking account. He looked up my account and told me I already had a bank cad. With that knowledge, I did find it in my wallet, though I missed it in a previous search. He helped me pick out and order the checks. They're a bit expensive, but distinct from the others. I expect to use them less than either Mom's or Dad's trusts' checks, so the expense should be rare. After that, my relief nurse ran an errand of his own that involved parking right outside a store that advertised Birkenstocks. It had a few other shoes in a few other brands, but the vast majority of their stock was Birkenstocks. However, they didn't have any closed enough for me to dance in that fit me. She gave me some tips for recognizing what I want. My relief nurse took me home after that. {Smile}

Before the hearing aid appointment, I checked a few things on the web. After the hearing aid appointment, I had lunch. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming to check the auction house and storage. I also read articles on the web before our second trip out. After I came home again, I went back into City of Heroes: Homecoming and began to check friends. I didn't get far before I spotted a low-level taskforce. I joined on a moderately low-level character who needed it and ran it. I did volunteer to lead it when the leader asked if someone wanted to get a higher level, though I was hesitant, because I wasn't max level for it myself, just higher than her. Maybe that's why she missed it and led it herself anyway. She did apologize when I pointed it out. Afterwards, I started on auction house and storage. Then I checked my friends, and spotted Dennis. We teamed up and did two missions of mine. I kept hoping it was the last, but not yet. That took us up to my dinnertime. {Smile}

After dinner I read web articles, watched web videos, and played Cross Stitch World while trying to fix my blood sugar. Then I wrote up Sunday's daily update. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends. I found Dr. Faustus. While we were getting started, Phonso invited us to a series of trials. We ran the two with him: I suspect he'd run one before I got on, too. Then Phonso left and the team broke up. Dr. Faustus got a character and helped me run three more missions on the character from before dinner. The third finally ran out the last contact at that level. Now she can go up a few levels, but it was too late to start that. I did some auction house, storage and crafting. Then I researched something on the web, taking more time than I meant to. Next, I dashed out notes in this, both starting and finishing later than I meant to. Oops. {smile}

Daily Update, September 14, 2025

On Sunday I got up slightly early, but not as much as in summer, with the single, earlier service. After breakfast my main nurse took me to church. We arrived during the announcements, though I'd been hoping to get there before them with the earlier wakeup time. Still, that's not quite late, since those are before the true service begins. I tried to sit in my dad's parents' pew, but my main nurse sat in our usual place, and I gave up and sat with him. It was a nice service. {Smile}

After the service, we had lunch on the lanai. I visited with different folks than usual. I learned that my official ceremony to join the Daughters of the King is scheduled for the last Sunday of the month. {Smile}

Afterwards, my main nurse took me to Charlotte's. He dropped me off and I went into to visit alone because he won't join us without an invitation. When we were done, I texted him, but he didn't respond until I called a bit later. He apologized for missing the text when he finally came to take me home. {Smile}

At home, I hopped on my computer. I read some articles on the web and played Cross Stitch World until I paused to clean myself up with the help of my main nurse. After that, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming, where I found Kitten. We got together, and I found Pierogies, who joined us. Pierogies and I helped Kitten with something they're currently collecting. Then we ran a mission before dinner, ending pretty much when it was ready. {Smile}

After dinner, I read articles and watched videos, both on the net. I also played Cross Stitch World. I tried to read web comics, but the website I use the most was being difficult. Then I wrote up Saturday's daily update before I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I looked at the auction house and did some crafting. Then I found Kitten, and we teamed up and started a story arc I love. I think in the second mission Dr. Faustus invited us to a taskforce a friend was running. I thought I found a character who needed it, but they did the sequel to the one I expected. My character already had credit for that one. I still enjoyed running it with the group. Then Dr. Faustus, Kitten and I did a few missions on the same characters. Well, a different version of the same character in Dr. Faustus's case. After a while, Dr. Faustus left, and Kitten went quiet. I did a little crafting and tried to write up notes for this. I kept getting distracted by articles and comics on the web, and also by Cross Stitch World, but I eventually finished. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 13, 2025

On Saturday after breakfast, I found that my new bank card is more useable than I feared the day before. I also found something that still needed to be set up for it, and I set it up by phone. Then I tried to change my automatic payment with my cell phone, first by calling the company, then through their web page, but the card wasn't quite ready yet. {resigned look}

After lunch, my main nurse took me out. First, we stopped by the ice cream parlor, and I picked out a chocolate fudge popsicle. I was so happy they were in, since the last couple of times, they were out. Then we went to the mall to walk around, since I forgot my hat. I noticed the owner of Enjoy Comics is still clearing the place out. We finished walking around, including all common aisles, and both Macys, in 30 minutes. That was my exercise for the day. Afterwards, my main nurse took me home.

After my card got straightened, but not with my cell phone company, I browsed some articles on the web and maybe watched a couple of videos right over lunch. Then I began writing up Friday's daily update before we went out. After we came back, I went back onto my computer. I checked Discord and chatted with Kitten there. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends and said hi to Kitten. Then I worked on the auction house and crafting until Kitten said hi back. They wanted to try helping me with a few badges, but that turned out it was harder than either of us thought. Also, Dennis said hi, and joined us, so, we switched to helping him with a mission. We finished it just as I got called to dinner. I promised to come back after dinner. {Smile}

After dinner, I came back and checked City of Heroes: Homecoming immediately. I found Kitten and Dennis still teaming up, so I joined them. We helped Dennis with two or three more missions before he left for the night. Then I checked a few things. When I got back, I found Kitten unresponsive. I'm sure they fell asleep. So, I worked on the auction house and crafting. I also wrote up my daily update and chatted with Nox on Discord, the chat server. Next, I stepped away to talk with my main nurse. I went back to Discord to find Nox had left, so I left notes for them. Then I started notes in this before I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. There, I found a note from Dr. Faustus, I responded, though I didn't spot them. They still responded shortly. We teamed up, and I helped with a few missions of theirs before we said goodnight. Then I worked on the auction house. I looked into more crafting, but it wasn't ready yet, so I played some Cross Stitch World. Then I remembered and worked on some more auction house and storage from teaming with Dr. Faustus, and with Dennis and Kitten earlier. After that, I did some more crafting. I ended the day with a prayer and Forward Day by Day, and with finishing my notes in this. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 12, 2025

On Friday after breakfast, my main nurse took me down to the Kamana Senior Center, where my last Ballroom Dance: Cha-Cha class of this session was held. It went pretty well. The teacher even taught me three new steps. They're the first three I've learned that weren't on the beginners' list. I danced by myself, and also with a man who invited me. I also danced with the teacher to learn the new steps, and the gal who's trying to learn to lead. That dancing was my exercise for the day. {Smile}

A gal at Ballroom Dance: Cha-Cha brought mochi, a Japanese rice flour pastry. She wondered about selling them, and the others encouraged her, as did I. Someone compared them to a local commercial bakery's goods. Yes, they were that good. {Smile}

After class, my main nurse took me to the public library. I returned 8 books and tried to pick up books in 3 of the 4 series I'd been reading. One series had none on the shelf. The other two had some on the shelf, but not the next in the series. At least they had some later in the series, so I took them. Thankfully, both series aren't usually plot-heavy, They're more like related vignettes. I'm hoping I can follow along, but we'll see. After the library, my main nurse took me back home. {Smile}

After lunch, the gal who fixes my computer brought my laptop back, all fixed up. She tried to take just the suspect drive, but when she did, my desktop stopped working when we tested it. Putting it back didn't get it working again, so she took the whole computer "To find out what's up." At least I have a properly working laptop. {smile}

After we got back, I had lunch while reading articles and watching videos, both on the web. I continued after lunch until Carol came. After she left, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I worked on the auction house on a few characters, since the beginning of the weekend is particularly good for that. Then I went to the villain supergroup meeting. I found the leader waiting. Then I checked on my friends. I found none I'd asked to join the group on, but the fellow I met the previous night was. I started chatting with him, and did invite him, but he wasn't interested. Dr. Faustus arrived late, and no one else showed, so Dr. Faustus, the leader and I ran a special story arc. Then we broke up, and I did some not-quite-crafting and auction house until dinner. {Smile}

After dinner, I read articles on the web and began writing up Thursday's daily update. My first break from that was a short prayer and _Forward Day by Day_. Later breaks were reading web comics. I did get it done. Then I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends and tried to get Kitten's attention. Then I started notes in this. Kitten answered, but slowly with long pauses. During some of those pauses, I answered Nox on Discord, having missed a chance to chat again. Then I checked my highest-level characters for recipes Kitten wanted. I found one, and we traded. Next, Kitten helped my best badge collector get a badge. After that we talked, and I finished my notes in this. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 11, 2025

On Thursday after breakfast, I had online counselling. The session went well. We talked about me finding a new Wednesday dance class among other stuff. {Smile}

After lunch I made three phone calls. One was to a bank that directed me to their web page. I handled something similar by going directly to another bank's web page.  A second phone call was to my financial adviser, and the fourth was to the nursing company. {Smile}

I didn't do any exercise, but with Zumba Gold the day before and Ballroom dance cha-cha the next day, I should be covered. {Smile}

After counselling, I read articles on web, continuing right over lunch. Then I learned from my main nurse that he's got a day at another house next week. After that, I did the phone calls and web stuff. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked some characters' auction house and storage. Then I broke to read web comics and made notes in this. Next, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I hunted on a moderately low-level character and collected badges on the same character. Then I broke for dinner. {Smile}

After dinner, I read web articles on the web. I tried writing up Wednesday's daily update and realized I'd better treat my blood sugar. After that, my writing went much better. I still broke to read web comics. I read more web comics afterwards, too. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends, and on badges on my best badge collector for a fair while. I ended up designing a barely-done-enough mission to get two badges on my best badge collector. Then I updated her records. Next, I answered Nox on Discord, the chat server, having missed a chance to chat. I hope to talk more the next day. After that, I watched videos and read articles on the web. Then I went back into City of Heroes: Homecoming and got those same two badges on my second-best badge collector and updated her records. I tried to get another badge for her, too, but decided to leave most of it for another day. Next, I made notes in this. Then I did some crafting while I chatted with Kitten on Discord. After that, I bumped into another character - literally. They called me on my clumsiness, and I apologized which turned in a nice conversation, yes, light role-playing, and even a little out-of-character visiting. We established a long-term connection near the end. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 10, 2025

On Wednesday my main nurse took me down to Auntie Sally's Luau Hale late in the afternoon. I'd heard it would be the new class with the new instructor, but it wasn't. Our regular teacher led, doing some familiar pieces and some new but not that different ones. Then my main nurse took me home. that was my exercise for the day. {Smile}

After breakfast I read manga and web articles until lunch. At lunch I switched to web comics, continuing with them afterwards. Then I read a manga. Next, I took a break from the computer to clean myself up with the help of my main nurse. After that I went back to my computer and read more articles and watched more videos on the web. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and immediately found notes from Div and answered them. Then I talked with Dennis on Discord, the chat server. Dennis apologized for not playing. I wanted to play myself but had to leave for class before I could. I read manga both on the way down, and on the way back, finishing one book and starting another. After class, I had dinner during which I finished the manga I started on the ride, finding much of it hard to put down. It ended in a cliff hanger, so I started the next, getting a fair way into it before I found the happy resolution to the cliff hanger. {Smile}

Then I read articles and watched videos on the web before I wrote up my daily update. I read web articles, watched web videos, and read web comics in breaks. Next, I paused to sort some bottles before making more notes in this. After that, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends. Then I got distracted by a video on the web. Next, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming, where I looked over a character before I checked on my friends. After that, I collected badges on my third best badge collector, ending with checking and updating my record for her. I discovered she'd gotten a few more than just that night's badges, so I checked my record for my second-best badge collector. I found she'd gotten one badge I hadn't noted, and updated her record, too. Then I checked my best badge collector, and her up to date. So, I checked on some badges for my second-best badge collector to work on the future and started to work on yet a different badge on her. After that, I made notes in this with breaks to check my top two badge collectors and work on badges on the second-best badge collector. I also played Cross Stitch World. Then I talked to Pierogies a bit in the game and read Forward Day by Day and said a prayer when I remembered I hadn't done that yet. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 9, 2025

On Tuesday after breakfast, I whipped up notes and ideas for sequels for the story I'm working on for my Creative Writing class. Then my relief nurse took me down for my last Creative Writing class of the quarter. It was a good session. Many read their writing for the class, and we had a light potluck, but not a full meal. So, I drank my water and joined in the potluck in class. Then I ate my lunch while my relief nurse took me home afterwards. {Smile}

I didn't do any exercise, but between line dancing the day before and expected exercise the next day, I hope I'm covered. {Smile}

After I got home from class, I read articles and watched videos on the web. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. There, I checked my friends. Next, I went to the teen supergroup meeting early, but no one else came. I spotted Ulty on a non-member and asked what was going on. She was taking a break but hoped I'd enjoy the meeting with the others. There was only one other member in the game, but they weren't in the base. Eventually Dennis said hi, and we teamed up. While we were getting Kitten to join and setting up, the supergroup member who was on but not in the base said they were supposed to lead. They thanked me a few times for coming but cancelled the meeting because we were the only ones to show. So, Dennis, Kitten and I did 3 missions of Dennis's, taking us up to dinnertime, when I said goodnight to Dennis. {Smile}

After dinner, I read articles on the web, and watched videos on the web, too. Then I wrote up my daily update, with breaks to read web comics before I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I started with some work on the auction house, crafting and storage. Then I checked on my friends. I said hi to Kitten, who answered quickly. We teamed up, and Kitten promptly spotted a taskforce. I switched to the character who needed it, and we ran it with the group. Near the end, Dr. Faustus said hi, and offered me a badge mission one of his characters had soon. I explained that Kitten and I were in a taskforce, but we would join afterwards. The taskforce took longer than expected, but we eventually finished. I checked my characters and found the badge Dr. Faustus mentioned on my best and second-best badge collectors, but not on my third best badge collector. So, I joined Dr. Faustus and Kitten on that character. We ran the badge mission, and one more mission, during which Kitten went quiet. After that, Dr. Faustus and I said goodnight. I worked with auction house, storage and crafting. Then I made notes in this, playing Cross Stitch World and reading web comics during breaks. I also said a prayer and read Forward Day by Day when I realized I didn't recognize the day's entry before I finished notes in this. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 8, 2025

At bedtime the previous night, I said a little prayer and read an entry from Forward Day by Day, keeping from falling further behind when I'd missed a day already. {smile}

Then on Monday after breakfast my relief nurse took me to Auntie Sally's Luau Hale, where I had my last First Timer's Line Dancing class of this session. I asked the teacher if she thought I could handle the Improver's Line Dance class on Thursday next session. She suggested I go and check it out. They'll let me do that once per class. After that, I have to register and pay. I think I will do that. That was my exercise for the day: an hour and a half of line dancing, with breaks. After class, my relief nurse took me home. {Smile}

At home, I had lunch while reading a manga. I also read another entry from Foward Day by Day, catching up on the missed day. Then I read articles and watched videos on the web. I also shared a little with friends on Discord, the chat server. Eventually I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends. I tried to solo on a mid-level character but got distracted by articles and videos on the web. Then Kitten said hi in City of Heroes: Homecoming, and we teamed up with me still on that same mid-level character. We did a few missions, finishing a contact right before dinner. {Smile}

Dinner was tacos, which are really too messy eating to read at the same time, so I concentrated on dinner. After dinner, I read a little manga and some web comics. Then I read articles and watched videos on the web. I also wrote up Sunday's daily update, with Forward Day by Day and prayer in the first break, doing the day's reading. After that, I read articles and watched videos on the web during my breaks. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends. I worked on the auction house, storage and crafting that had developed during earlier play. Then I began doing a couple of hunts by myself on the same character as before dinner. Eventually, Dr. Faustus said hi, and we teamed up. I joined him in a mission, then we did a mission of his and a mission of mine, all in a particularly dystopic part of a dystopic alternate reality. After that, we said goodnight. Next, I did some storage. Then I made notes in this, with a long break for crafting on City of Heroes: Homecoming and playing Cross Stitch World before I finished making notes in this, with a little more auction house and crafting in and reading articles on the web. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 7, 2025

On Sunday, after breakfast, my main nurse took me to church, but first we picked up his daughter. When we got to church, we found folks on the lanai, finishing breakfast. We're back to two services, at 8 am and 10 am, instead of one at 9 am. I am relieved. I got to see the whole service, including all the announcements that we so often arrived during before the summer schedule. I sat in front of my main nurse and his daughter since Auntie Barbara had Sunday School again. That same family came right on time. Another little boy came with his mother later. auntie Barbara is delighted to see Sunday School finally be more than an occasional thing. {Smile}

I did sit with Auntie Barbara at lunch on the lanai after the service. Or rather, part of lunch, since it wasn't nearly as much of a spread as after the 9 am service all summer. There were six dishes, half desserts, including a jar of "lightly salted" dry roasted edamame that I brought because it's too salty for me to want to eat the whole thing myself. Afterwards, Auntie Barbara and I went to visit Charlotte. We had a nice visit, which included Charlotte's daughter Mandy again. Then Auntie Barbara took me home. {Smile}

I didn't do any exercise. However, between walking on Saturday and my First Timer's Line Dance class Monday, I hope I'm covered. {Smile}

I played Cross Stitch World on the way down to church. Then I talked with Auntie Barbara on both rides with her. When I got home, I read articles and watched videos on the web. I also chatted with Kitten, Pierogies and Dennis on Discord, the chat server. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends there. I left note on Discord, telling some of my friends that I'd be in the game. Then I spotted a taskforce and joined it. Dennis said hi a little over halfway through. We talked a bit, and I promised to team up if I had time afterwards. When the taskforce was done, we squeezed in a mission that ended shortly before I was called to dinner.

I read manga over dinner. After dinner, I wrote up Saturday's daily update, with breaks to read web comics and articles on the web. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming, where I checked on my friends. Dr Faustus said hi and invited me to a taskforce a friend of ours wanted to run. Just after I said yes, Phonso invited me to a different taskforce. After some confusion, I invited Phonso to the taskforce I'd promised Dr. Faustus I'd join. We ran with the rest of the group recruited. Then Dr. Faustus and I joined Phonso, who recruited more to run the taskforce he wanted to run int he first place. I grabbed a different character for it than I meant to. I still got eh rewards for running it, and my character got a badge for it that showed this was her first time completing it, despite her catching a lot of taskforces for a while. After that, checked on my friends. Then I worked on auction house, storage, and crafting on the character from before dinner, and both characters after dinner, and two characters who are in the middle of large crafting projects. Next, I started notes in this, with more auction house, storage and crafting during breaks. After that I checked friends one last time before heading to bed somewhat early for me. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 6, 2025

On Saturday, in the middle of the afternoon, my main nurse took me out. We drove by the park, but my main nurse said the ice cream parlor much be closed since there were no cars in the lot. I wish I'd asked to check, but I didn't. Instead, we went to Prince Kuhio Plaza. We walked around the main corridors, both Macy's and T.J. Maxx. Enjoy Comics was closed, but the dog was looking out the door, and I think I saw movement inside. It looked like they were clearing out what hadn't sold. I suspect at least some will get sold online. Afterwards, my main nurse drove by the ice cream parlor, but being after three, there was a metal rope across the driveway entrance, so it was definitely closed. After that, my main nurse took me home. {Smile}

After breakfast, I took a nap because I had gotten to sleep half an hour late the night before. I slept for an hour and felt much better. Next, I got onto my computer as I started lunch, with web browsing and manga reading, including finishing a couple of nearly done manga until we went out. While riding, I read more manga on the way out and part of the way back, after watching scenery. When we came back, I browsed the web to settle back in. Then I left a note on Discord for some friends and went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on friends, then began to solo on the character Kitten designed, because my close friends in the game weren't there. During my second mission, Dennis joined me. Shortly after that, my main nurse asked about a bath, but I was finally getting to play with a friend, so I said later. During Dennis's and my first full mission together, my main nurse offered to make dinner half an hour late, which I accepted happily. Dennis and I made the most of it, fitting in another mission and finishing my last less-story-oriented contact for this level on that character. We also talked a bit before I was called to dinner. {Smile}

I read manga over dinner and afterwards, finishing an entire manga in one day. They're comic books, so quick reading, but that's still more off-line reading than usual. I have a bunch due Friday, including some I particularly want to finish before then. I also browsed the web and read web comics before I cleaned myself up with the help of my main nurse. After that, I started writing up my daily update When I finished that, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming late. I checked on friends, and chatted with Nox on Discord, the chat server. Back in City of Heroes: Homecoming, I checked the auction house and storage on the character I'd played before dinner. I also chatted briefly with Ulty and Jenny's player, and a little more with Dr. Faustus while I did a mission by myself on a moderately low-level character. Dr. Faustus said he had hoped to team up, but work needed him. We both hoped the next day would work better and wished each other goodnight. Then I started to work on notes in this, with accidentally long breaks for web browsing and Cross Stitch World. I still left earlier than usual for me, though not as much as I hoped, given that Sunday is church. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 5, 2025

On Friday after breakfast my main nurse took me down to Kamana Senior Center for my Ballroom Dance: Cha-Cha class. I reviewed and practiced all the beginner's moves and even looked at the "shines" which are mostly solo moves. The teacher calls me a shadow dancer for the way I follow leads I also got another invitation to dance from a different guy. {Smile}

Afterwards, I looked over the schedule and spotted a couple of dance classes that look possible. I want to look into "Fusion Dance." I'm not quite sure what that will be. There's also "Improvers Line Dancing," but I really want to check with the instructor and maybe her helpers at my First Timer's Line Dancing class, to make sure they think I can handle it. I'd wonder about Intermediate Line Dance, too, but it's 10 in the morning, which is hard enough to get to for church. Afterwards, I stopped by the front desk and asked about the Fusion Dance. The gal didn't know what it was, either. She suggested going to the last class of this session next week and signing up if I like it. I think I might do that with the Improvers Line Dance, too, after asking on Monday, if they think I'm ready. {Smile}

My main nurse brought me home after class. There, I had lunch and began browsing the web. I paused to greet Carol when she came over, and hand over my laptop to her. it simply needs a thorough checkup, and I'm sure it needs to be cleaned of viruses and other malware. After she left, I began making notes in this. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked the auction house and storage on a few characters until the villain supergroup meeting, which I went to on my lower-level member. Dr. Faustus and the leader were the others who came. I also checked friends and talked to one about joining the group while Dr. Faustus, the leader and I roleplayed, talking about recruitment "In Character. Then I mentioned what Dr. Faustus and I did recently with the lower-level member. We ended up finishing the story arc we'd barely started and starting the next story arc before they both left. After that, I worked on the auction house, storage and crafting while talking with Azurette until dinner time. {Smile}

After dinner, I browsed the web and read web comics before I wrote up Friday's daily update. Then I browsed the web some more, making notes in this during breaks. I answered Nox on the chat server, having missed a chance to chat while they were still on. I finally settled into City of Heroes: Homecoming unusually late. I checked on friends, then started playing by myself on a moderately low-level character. I paused to make more notes in this, then went back to playing by myself on the same character. I also started chatting with Dragons. Then we teamed up on high-level characters and ran a couple of very high-level story arcs with a few of Dragons's friends and a stranger they invited when the stranger advertised for a group. When the group broke up, we said goodnight. Then I worked on the auction house and storage until Dragons invited me to moderately high-level story arc that promises a badge. It was a bit of a search to find someone who didn't have it, but I did. We ran it with a few of their friends, though it ran late. I did get the badge. Then I did a bit more auction house and crafting and finished my notes in this. Along the way, I spent more time than I meant to checking a video, which meant I went to bed late. {smile}

Daily Update, September 4. 2025

On Thursday in the late morning, I got a phone call from my cousin Kim. That was such a nice surprise! We covered things happening in both her life and mine. I need to call her, too, and soon. She's done this twice, and she never used to. I was sure she was too busy, but now maybe she's not. {Smile}

Then after lunch, my main nurse took me out. First, we stopped by Mom's lawyer's office. Their secretary walked me through what I needed to do to fill out the forms. She also helped repair the mistakes I'd made with whiteout on their copy and neat scratch -outs on mine. Next, my main nurse and I went to Target, where we walked back to the books. I browsed them while my main nurse shopped, but I didn't pick out anything this time. Then my main nurse took me back home. {Smile}

After breakfast I got onto my computer and browsed the web until the phone call with my cousin. After the call, I had lunch and started making notes in this. Then I browsed the web some more, and started researching into that outline for my class, looking for ideas. Then came our trip out. I finished reading a book on the rides down and back. Then I started a manga (a Japanese comic book). After the ride, I made some more notes in this and browsed the web until I felt up to going into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on friends and teamed up with Kitten. We started doing missions. Pierogies joined us for a few missions. We played together until I needed to stop for dinner. {Smile}

After dinner, I browsed on the web, read web comics, and finished writing my daily update. Then I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming. I checked on my friends and said hi to Dr. Faustus and Kitten. Dr. Faustus responded, so we teamed up. I mentioned needing a story arc on my lower-level villain supergroup member, so Dr. Faustus found a version of a character that character knows who needed it. (Like some other players, Dr. Faustus makes different versions of some characters with different abilities.) We ran that story arc together. Then we finished a story arc I'd started, and started a sequel on the same characters, who both needed at least some of that, because we were both getting credit by the end. After that, we said goodnight. Then Azurette said hi. They wanted to team up with Kitten and me and was already teamed up with Kitten. We talked first, and I slipped in some auction house and storage. Then Kitten left to help a friend. Azurette and I did a mission that can get a badge before we said goodnight. I finished the auction house and storage, then worked up notes in this with a break for a little Cross Stitch World. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 3, 2025

On Wednesday, late in the afternoon, my main nurse took me to my Zumba gold class. I was playing with my friends in City of Heroes: Homecoming at the time, so I left at the last minute. I actually waited until my main nurse called me by phone from the car, but we still got there a bit before it began. That was my exercise for the day. It felt good to do it, but the teacher and the class are changing for next session. I'm starting to look for something else, but that may not be easy. I'll see what I can do. Anyway, after class, my main nurse took me back home. {Smile}

After breakfast I browsed the web. Then I cleaned myself up before lunch. Over and after lunch browsed the web some more and read web comics. I also began writing up Tuesday's daily update. After a while, I stopped writing my daily update to go into City of Heroes: Homecoming while I still had time before my class. I checked on friends, and found Dennis, Kitten, and Dennis's friend. We teamed up and tried to rush through a taskforce, but my main nurse called me away around 3/4ths of the way through. So, I left for my dance class before it was done. I played Cross Stitch World on the way to and from my Zumba Gold class. {Smile}

When I got home, I had dinner. Then after dinner, I finished writing up Tuesday's daily update and read web comics. Next, I went back into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I found a note from Dr. Faustus offering a badge, so I found a character who needed it, and we teamed up. We ran several missions. The third mission got the badge Dr. Faustus. After the last mission we did, we said goodnight. Then I worked with the auction house, storage and crafting, with breaks to read web comics, browse the web, and play cross Stitch World. Then I made notes in this between bouts of research looking for alternate dance opportunities and finding less than I'd like. {smile}

Daily Update, September 2, 2025

On Tuesday after breakfast, I made three phone calls. One was to my doctor to tell them that I need a prescription refilled. The next was to check in with my financial adviser. The third was to Carol, who fixes my computer, to make arrangements for the next phase, giving my laptop a thorough check up, then doing the same for my desktop after that. She will start at either the end of this week, or the beginning of next week, because that's what her schedule is currently like. {Smile}

After that, my relief nurse took me down to my creative writing. It went well. It included special plans for our next class, since that will be the last class for this quarter. After class, my teacher and I discussed what I could do with the story I'm working for in planning ahead, or some of it. I really need to find some folks to brainstorm possibilities with. I see what I'm working on now, and the next phase of the series - at least that's what I think of it as. However, I don't see what's beyond that phase, though I feel like it isn't the last. Anyway, during class I had lunch. After class, my relief nurse took me home. {Smile}

After we got home, I visited with the nursing company owner, who stayed overnight. Then I hopped onto my computer and into City of Heroes: Homecoming, where I first checked my friends, and looked at storage and the auction house. Then I went to the teen supergroup meeting. They weren't in our base like usual. When I asked the Supergroup, the leader told me to read the introductory announcement for the information about the base they were having an end of summer trip to the beach in. The base was a beach with shops and restaurants along a boardwalk. We changed into swimsuits and met at the beach, where we talked in character, with some swimming and others sitting on the shore. Some went to the boardwalk and picked up several pizzas, which our characters made short work of, being active, growing teenagers with appropriately large appetites. Then we went to an arcade, where we challenged each other to play games that we decided by rolling computer-dice mostly in pairs right up to dinner, which I had with the nurse, watching TV while the nursing company owner took care of some phone calls in the next room. {Smile}

After dinner, I went back to the supergroup's party, which was down to six, from eight earlier. We played a little more in pairs, then found a game all six could play at once. After that, one left permanently, and our leader left long enough for the rest of us to do a four-person trial out-of-character. Then our leader came back and the five of us did 2 or 3 missions out of character before saying goodnight and breaking up. Next, I worked with crafting, storage, and the auction house. After that, I chatted with Nox and started making notes in this. I shifted to playing Cross Stitch World, then browsed the web and made more notes in this. Next, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming, where I worked on crafting and the auction house some more. Then I read Forward Day by Day, along with The Lord's Prayer. Next, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming again to check on some of my characters before ending the day with web comics and browsing the web. {Smile}

Daily Update, September 1, 2025

On Monday I hope you had a Happy Labor Day if you celebrated it. If not, I hope you had a nice day.

I did not go out, since Labor Day meant my class was cancelled, and many stores are either not open, or extra busy due to sales. I did have a couple of calls with the secretary of Helping hands Hale, the nursing company I use, to arrange paying and dropping stuff off the next day so things go quickly, since it's a busy day for her. {Smile}

After breakfast, I got ready for the day, which led to browsing the web until the first phone call. Then I browsed the web some more and read web comics over lunch before the second call. After that, I began writing up Sunday's daily update. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and checked on my friends. I also did minimal auction house and storage before Pierogies found me. We teamed up on the low-level characters we did a story arc and part of a second on the other day. We finished that second story arc. First, we did a short mission. Then Dennis joined us along with his friend, and we four ran a short hunt followed by a long mission that is particularly popular for such a low-level one. After that, we said goodnight. Then I did some auction house and storage, followed by some hunts right up to dinner. {Smile}

After dinner I finished writing up Monday's daily update, with a long break to browse the web and a shorter one to write a bit more of the story for my creative writing class the next day. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I started with checking the auction house and storage. Then I hunted some more on that same low-level character, with pauses - some long - to browse the web, especially watching videos. I also responded to Kitten, then Nox, both on Discord. Then I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming to do some hunting on that same low-level character, until I finished al true hunts that I found. When I got done, I got a badge and talked with Azurette until they left. Then I made notes in this, with a break to read a web comic, and a teensy bit of formatting of my story before bed. {Smile}

Daily Update, August 31, 2025

On Sunday I got up only 20 minutes before I usually do instead of 30 because the night before I forgot to reset my alarm. However, I tried to get ready as quickly as feasible. {Smile}

After breakfast my main nurse took me to church. I played Cross Stitch World on the way down. We arrived in the middle of the sermon, which felt good after I got up late. The service was nice. I sat with my main nurse because Auntie Barbara was out on the lanai teaching Sunday school along with her new assistant. She had three siblings with their baby sibling watching. They're a new family to our church who inspired Auntie Barbara to restart Sunday school early, before her trip. She said later that the oldest is 14 - "really too old for Sunday School," so her assistant - a professional teacher - got him helping teach the younger ones who are older elementary age. {Smile}

After the service we had lunch on the lanai. I sat with my main nurse for the main course and Auntie Barbara for dessert, along with the gal who's been directing my discernment for Daughters of the king. I mentioned other concerns in relation to preparing, and she suggested taking those as they come. The evangelism and service commitments don't specify daily like the prayer commitment. Then she contacted our deacon. They're beginning to arrange to have my vows and most of the officers' swearing in soon. We're hoping for next week or the week after. {Smile}

After lunch, I went with Auntie Barbara to visit Charlotte. This time both Charlotte's cat and Mandy, her daughter who cleaned our house for many years, came in for much of the visit, which was a very nice and friendly one. Then Auntie Barbara took me home. {Smile}

At home, I hopped on my computer and played some Cross Stitch World. Then I browsed the web before I wrote much of my daily update. When I lost steam, instead of browsing the web some more, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming and started checking the auction house on different characters. I dropped that when Kitten said hi to team up with them. We cleared out four or five dens of bad guys in a row, which seemed a lot. I looked it up later, and it's supposed to be only two missions, but somehow the game got stuck on repeating them because that was at least three extras on top of the two. Eventually we finished, and I think we did one different mission before Kitten went quiet like they'd fallen asleep. After hours of playing, that wasn't too surprising for Kitten. I finished writing my daily update and shared it right before dinner. {Smile}

After dinner I browsed the web, played Cross Stitch World, and read a couple of web comics. Then I remembered to read Forward Day by Day. I did so twice, as is becoming my habit, because I understand more if I read it more than once. Then I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming where I found a note from Dr. Faustus saying they'd only have a couple of hours to play, and that was a while ago. I contacted them immediately and we finished the story arc we started last night on the same characters. Then we said goodnight. After that, I worked with storage, the auction house, and crafting. I also worked on badges a bit. Then I played some Cross Stitch World and wrote a little of the story for my creative writing class. Next, I made notes in this. I finished the evening reading web comics before bed. {Smile}
