On Friday, I stayed home and took it easy. the secretary from the nursing company swung by, and we exchanged checks and such, since it's the end of the month. My relief nurse talked with her briefly, too. {Smile}
I didn't get any exercise done, despite intending to. {rueful smile}
In the morning, I played Cross Stitch World and studied the catechism. I also browsed on the web. Then I wrote up Thursday's daily update right before lunch. After lunch, I played more Cross Stitch World. Then I checked the chat server and responded in some conversations. After that, I went into City of Heroes: Homecoming. I started with paperwork. Then a fellow invited me to a group running fairly high-level missions while I was on the fairly high-level character I played the day before. I joined, them, and ran two missions, which made me a few minutes late to the villain supergroup meeting. I took my new, still low-level villain. There was only one other member there. She greeted me with the news that the leader had just left, and my friend who invited me to the group wasn't coming. I suggested a mission, but she suggested roleplaying, and that honestly sounded more interesting. We roleplayed and talked for two and a half hours. Her character is so guarded, I learned little, though more than she realized she'd told me. I learned even more out-of-character. Eventually, she left, and I squeezed in a hunt before dinner, since the character is so low-level, hunts are quick. {Smile}
After dinner, I played Cross Stitch World and made notes in this, with some breaks to browse the web. Then I went back into City of heroes: Homecoming. I started with paperwork, and talked briefly with Dr. Faustus, but he was on a full team. So, I did more paperwork. I also talked with Nox on the chat server. Then Doctor Faustus suddenly invited me to pair of high-level task forces. I joined them and when the leader finished recruiting a full team, we ran it. Next, I switched to a different character to run it again, since the leader and some others wanted to, and you get better rewards if you don't repeat too soon on the same character. I also established long-term contact with the leader. After that, I did paperwork, then started making notes in this. Next, I did more paperwork. Then I played by myself on the teen supergroup member until I shifted to a fairly long session of Cross Stitch World. After that, I went back to City of Heroes: Homecoming and the teen supergroup member, first playing by myself doing hunts, then doing paperwork on her. After that, I started a hunt on her older, barely higher-level sister. I got her up a level, but I didn't finish the hunt, nor did I train for her new level yet. I'm still debating what to choose for the new level. {Smile}
